Hua Ze Lei

"Do you think he's still sleeping?" It was Ximen's voice. "No, not Lei." The door opened and Ximen and Meizou stepped in, surprised. I was reading, Faye was laying on me and hugged my body. "See, I told you he wouldn't be sleeping." I didn't go to the first lecture, cause I didn't want to let Faye alone and knew she needed the sleep. "Be quiet, you're gonna wake her.", I shushed at them. Her body slightly moved and snuggled her head into my chest. "Isn't that the girl from last time, the one you stared at and the one you're driving every day to school and then pick her up again?" I nodded. "I think there's something missing."

After I climbed out of bed without waking Faye, I took the both downstairs and explained them everything. "So, she lives in your house cause she doesn't wants to be alone?", Ximen asked. I nodded again. "You didn't let a woman come so near you since Jing, is there something going on between you?" I wasn't sure, but I definitely cared for her, that was sure. "I'm not sure." From upstairs was running be heard and not seconds later, Faye ran down the stairs and left the mansion. "Where is she going?" "To university, where we probably should head to too."

Mizuno Faye

I closed the locker, sighing. My last class was finally over and I definitely needed something to eat. I walked to the cafeteria, where I got myself something to eat. As I wanted to walk to a empty table, my name got called. I turned around and saw F4 sitting by on of the tables. It was Meizou who called me and he waved with his hand for me to come sit at their table. Seriously. I furrowed my eyebrows together. My eyes landed on Lei who just smiled and nodded. I walked to them and felt eyes on me, a lot. My body sat down next to Lei, Daoming Si wasn't there, luckily. I took my headphones out, cause I knew they wanted to ask questions about me. "We heard a lot about you, my name is-" "I know all your names." Meizou's eyes showed that he was surprised. "You four are the famoust group of the university, what did you expect?" Ximen and Meizou, who sat in front of me and Lei, nodded slowly. "Why did you come here the senior year of university? Where did you study before?" I knew that this question would come, but it was still different answering it. "I lived in Tokyo with my parents, they died in a car crash, so I moved back to Shanghai to live with my grandparents." Every lie has a hint of truth. My parents didn't die because of a car crash, they died because of suicide. My little brother had cancer and died after years of fighting. They wanted to go with him, completely not caring about me. "We're sorry for your loss." I shook my head, feeling my leg starting to shake. "Don't be, I'm already over their dead and never really had a good relationship with them." I tried to not break out in tears. A warm and soft hand touched mine, that was laying on my leg, trying to stop it from shaking. Lei's hand gave me comfort and hold, causing me to calm down. He interwined his hand with mine. His hand was bigger than mine, so he somehow was cupping my hand.

The rest of the time we ate in silent. I was still holding hands with Lei until everyone said goodbye and we all splitted up. "What class do you have now?" "I'm done with all." He nodded slightly. "Should I call my driver to pick you up?" Was I now his child or what? "No, I'll take the metro." He wanted to speak in, but I stopped him. "And you won't change my mind." Lei sighed at my words. "Ok, we'll see us then at my house?" I nodded.

I knew I said I would meet Lei at his house, but I had my first day in a coffee shop I was now working in. My money got thinner and I definitely needed something to survive. "Hello, welcome. How can I help you?" A woman stood behind the counter. "I'm here for the job." Her eyes widened. "Good, you can start now." She pushed an apron into my hands. "Just take some orders from the guests. Good luck." I putted the apron on my body and started working as a waiter.

The time went by and I didn't realise how long I was already working, until the woman from back then said: "well, the shop is now closed. Here's your payment. Come back again whenever you want, we always need some help." She gave me bank notes, what were maybe like sixty euros. "Wow, thanks." For me, that was a lot of money. I stepped out and saw it was snowing. I loved the snow. I decided I would walk a bit through the streets. I only had my coat on, so it was quite freezing. My mind forgot Lei, who was probably worrying about me already and all the other things.

I walked up the stairs from the metro and headed into the direction of the mansion, that could already be seen from far away. Before I stepped in, I formed a small snowball. I opened the door with a smile on my face, hoping to see Lei. "Lei?" I heard shuffling coming from the living room, but then saw a Lei heading my way. "Where were you?" "I was outside." Then, I threw the snowball at him, directly into his face. "How dare you!" He kneeled down to put on his shoes and I ran outside again, knowing I just started a snowball fight. "Take this!" A snowball flew my way, hitting my shoulder. I formed a new one and threw it at Lei, but missed. This continue for maybe like ten minutes. Lei threw another snowball at me, that hitted me directly on the nose. "Hey!" I ran to him and jumped on him, causing him to fall backwards. There we laid, on top of each other in the snow. Noone said something. We were staring at each other's eyes, concentrating on not looking at the lips. Blush appeared on my face and I could see a little on his face too. I stood up when I realized what I was doing. He was standing now too, but our eyes were still concentrated on each other. "You know Faye..." I raised an eyebrow. "I had my eye on you since you came too late to your first class, Symphony to be exact." My mind wandered off to the memory, now i realized i saw him sitting some rows in front of me. "Symphony is the only class we have together, or?" He nodded. There was the silence again. The snow was falling on our bodys and it got colder. "C-can I kiss you?" What? Wait what? "Hm?" Did I dreamed this? "I a-asked if I can kiss you?" Well, I wasn't dreaming. My eyes widened and landed on his lips. It was the first time I heard Lei stuttering, it was actually very cute. "Uh-" I couldn't get a word out. I didn't kissed somebody, never in my life. "I-I never k-kissed." He was surprised to hear this, but smiled at me. "I don't care." Now a big smile formed on my face. We both came nearer to each other and Lei turned his head a bit to the side. Slowly, our lips touched. It was an exciting feeling, Lei wanted to go slow, cause he was my first kiss, that I could tell. It made the moment just more romantic. His hands reached to my cheeks and cupped them, now holding my face. We slowly pulled away, staring into each others eyes. "You are really beautiful, Faye." My cheeks got red. I kissed him again, now the kiss being more romantic. The snow fell on our heads, but it wasn't cold anymore, suddenly, it got very warm.
