"You...Brat! Once I become a God, it will be your judgment day!!!" Joshua groaned while getting up from the fall. He ignored the girl who continued to stare at the man as he presented threats upon him. "I shall over the power of Sparda!"

The boy only ignored his monologue and laughter as he began to grab hold onto the other teen with the long blue jacket after noticing Dante taking hold of the girl's arm and prevented her from falling through the large cracks.

The rumbling continued for a few minutes before having calmed down enough for the Dante and the girl to stand up. Joshua looked at the unconscious blue coated teen who resembled the Devil Hunter before he began to slap his face lightly.

The teen woke up with a grunt while narrowing his eyes at his face having a slight red mark. "Enough, I'm awake." He got up gradually and noticed his brother and the girl besides them watching him and the boy.

"Hey Vergil, you should at least thank the kid."

Said brother grunted, returning his sight back at the boy. "I required no assistance in the first place. My body can handle just trivial a fall."

Dante shrugged his head before patting Joshua's head who soon retaliated with the sword near his throat.

"The man said something about being related to Sparda, the Dark knight you talked about. That means...you two aren't humans, are you?" His eyes gave that intense glow that radiated fear upon lesser demons but to Vergil, it was more of approval in how the child was caustious and nothing else.

On the other hand, Dante scratched his head of the boy's fact while the girl bore her eyes at what would conspire. "In the first place, I never specified I was human, did I? Is there something so wrong with me being one in the first place?" He moaned even as the blade continued to be near to his neck.

"Who knows. You prattled on about you killing demons as a job, was that also a lie."

"Come on, kid. I do have my own store for this kinda thing...well it's broken currently, but still." Gesturing to ease his aggressiveness down, the boy mellowed down slightly. He could already tell that Dante was stronger than he showed him and he could have killed him in seconds if anything else, so he took the matter that he had nothing against him in general as okay. Looking at The twin brother who had his hair slicked back, he felt the blade pulse as he neared him causing the boy to narrow his eyes. "I guess you too are the same as him if you're brothers."

"...Evidently." He grunted out.

"And, what can you tell me about that baldy man. He looked human for a bit, but he could have been a possessed one as well."

"That man is not possessed." The girl corrected at the boy which caused him to raise a brow. "He's just a monster that sacrificed his own wife to further his research in the Dark Arts."

"Then, I guess he's also the one who started this whole thing." He released the sparks that flickers from his eyes, "that story you told me about a the demon falling in love with a human. You were telling the truth...." Joshua eyes could only show disbelief but could not deny the story he was told by Dante after having seen the living proof which is the twin brothers before him.

Vergil pulled the spectral sword away from Joshua's hand without his notice. The quick reflex in how he performed in disarming the boy showed that he could have done it anytime.

It was only a few seconds until the boy had realised that it was gone from his hand. "Huh, Hey!" He was unable to pulled the handle away from the teen's grip while Dante just snickered at the situation before him.

"Boy, know this very well. Our father, the Dark Knight Sparda saved the Human World from his own kind 2,000 years ago."

Joshua noticed Dante nodding his head at the fact. The boy raised a brow before looking at the two suspiciously. "Then what, does that mean you're over a 1,000 years old? You still even human?"
