MATURE WARNING

Dear Diary,

Today Jisung surprised me by coming to my house, and my mom, being a mom, let him in. I started panicking so much as I knew Dad would be coming back home soon, and there was high chance he would be in a bad mood. I didn't want my perfect boyfriend see through my terrible life...

I improvised by asking him to go to the park on a walk with me. When we reached we sat down on the swings and I just couldn't hold it back anymore. Tears, spilling down my face like waterfalls, blurred my sight and my thinking.  Jisung, taken aback by my sudden burst of emotions, gave me a hug. 'You can tell me whenever you're ready, Sun Hee' he said calmly, and that was it. I was ready. If he truly loved me he wouldn't care about my family background or sh*t, he would love me just the way I am.

Once I started, I couldnt stop, words streaming out of my mouth. I told him about how mom and dad were happily married, until the day I was born, and then suddenly mom didn't look appealing to dad anymore, so he started flirting with some random sl*t he found. Then he realized how much he wanted to leave mom, but couldn't, because of her wealth, so to take out his anger, he beat her instead. And how mom, she never said a thing. How she wanted him to beat her, because that meant he couldn't leave her. And all through the time Jisung was hugging me. He knew that this must have been a touchy subject for me. Once I finished, he looked me in the eyes, and told me firmly 'I swear Sun Hee, tell me your dad is with a sl*t, or tell me your mom is depressed, but that will never change the amout I love you. And I love you with my whole heart' and we both cried, holding each other tight, wishing the other would never let go
