Jack's pov) I was sitting in my brother quinns room as he and younger brother Luke were getting ready for his wedding with my best friend yn I had loved since I met her but she didn't love me and I respected that I had gotten dressed in my suit before Luke and quin so I was just talking with them

" I really wish you were my best man" he said and I sighed

" Quinn I'm sorry but this hurts seeing her marry you I can't make a speech congratulating the two of you cause It would be fake and besides Luke can do just as well in embarrassing you than I could" I said and he nodded smiling sadly

" I know and I appreciate you coming even though your hurting because of it" he said I smiled looking at him

" I couldn't not come it's your day not mine " I to e said

"Alright let's go " Quinn said and we nodded

We got to the church and I grabbed something from my pocket Quinn sighed

" One strong shot then your done until the reception" he said and I nodded taking the shot and walked in and sat in the back I saw her grandfather up at the alter and Quinn Luke and Elias all next to each other mom and dad next to yn's parents it was small just how she always wanted it

I see her favorite flowers magnolias every where on the isle seats and on Quinn Luke and Elias' boutonniere

After a few minutes I watched her bridesmaids all walk down and then we all stood up and her father was walking her down and I wanted to cry mentally preparing my self for this moment

I heard her grandfather ask if their were any objections as much as I wanted to I couldn't do it to Quinn he'd hate me I see her dad about to cry and little did he know I was a bout to myself as I saw her and Quinn kiss

After the ceremony everyone was out side underneath the tent where the reception was being held and I congratulated the two even tho it hurt my heart more than I hoped it would as much as I wanted to tell her how I felt I couldn't shes happy but more importantly Quinn's happy and I can't take that from her

All my memories from the past came flooding in at once and I walked off taking a walk and found a river and leaned on a tree and just bursted out crying I heard a voice

" Jack honey " I saw my mom she came over and sat next to me hugging me

" It hurt so much more than I thought I love her I still do seeing her kiss Quinn made it worst I wish it was me not Quinn " I cried in her arms and she rubbed my back

" I know your brother would have under stood why you couldn't come" she said and I nodded

" I know but I wanted to be here maybe get some sort of closure but the wound just became bigger" I said now sobbing

" Hun you should go home " mom said and I shoke my head

" No I need to be here for Quinn" I said

She sighed and we walked back I grabbed a drink and saw Luke and quinn

" Hey guys" I said and Quinn looked at me

" Hey jack you alright" he asked and I nodded

" Yea " I said that was definitely a lie and I took a sip of my drink

" Alright" he said and we all talked when we heard a voice

" QUINN BABE TIME FOR THE CAKE" it was yn he smiled and ran off to her and picked her up off her feet as they laughed I sighed realizing she wanted to get Married but she didn't wanna marry me
