Oliver's pov) today I'm gonna ask my dad to take my mom to court and get full custody of me I can't live with her anymore she's turned into an addict and has become abusive but right now I'm waiting for my dad to pull into the parking lot
" You tell your father anything your in trouble" mom said and I nodded
A few minutes later I saw my dad's car pull up so I Quickly grabbed my bag jumping out and into his car
" Hey bud how are you" he asked
" Good" I said buckling up
" How's hockey " he asked backing up

" She's a drug addict she's a drunk and abusive I have pictures and recordings she doesn't know I have them"

A few weeks later) I sat in the court room in between dad and our lawyer as the judge is looking at our case
" With the evidence given by mister Drysdale I have no hesitation with rewarding full custody of Oliver drysdale to mister Drysdale and the baby girl will be placed into foster care " the judge said as I heard that dad won I was happy but my baby sister will be in foster care
" Dad please do something I don't wanna lose Mikayla "
" your honor I'll take the baby it's not right to sperate siblings half or full" dad said and the court nodded
" Can you prove that your able to take care of a family of three"
" Yes ma'am I make enough for a family of six I live in a five bedroom house "
" Well then the baby will go with you"
" Thank you dad " I said as I hugged him then went over to my sister Mikayla whose only 6 months old
" Hey kayla your coming with me " I said picking her up from the car seat
" Dad wanna hold her" I said and he nodded taking her
" She's tiny" he said and I nodded
" She was born 4 pounds 8 ounces and 19 inches " I said and he smiled
" Shes definitely small than you you were 10 pounds 6 ounces 20 inches" he said and my eyes widened
" Damn I was huge" I said causing dad to laugh as he watched Mikayla play with his hand
