Conners pov) today I'm meeting my girlfriend yn's kids for the first time we've been dating for almost a year and half and she decided that I should meet her kids and I'm kinda nervous

From what she tells me

Morgan is a big hockey fan and even plays it but not an oilers fan he's a flames fan

Chloé she's your typical teenage girl besides the fact she loves hockey and as yn tells me she can talk about it for hours but she plays softball her favorite team is the oilers

Logan is just a toddler but loves hockey

I saw yn walk in with her youngest Logan on her hip and and I stood up and walked over and kissed her and took Logan into my arms I met him two months into dating

" Hi" I said

" Hi " she said and I saw her older kids behind her

" Hi guys" I said and lead them back to the table

" Guys introduce your selves " yn said

" Chloé"

" So your mom tells me you play hockey and softball what positions" I asked them

" Well I'm center and I'm captain of team Canada" josh said and I smiled slightly

" I'm a catcher and captain of my school softball team" chloé said

We talked for a while longer just me getting to know them until Morgan started talking

" So Conner what are your intentions with my mother" Morgan asked

" Josh" yn scolded but I stopped her

" It's alright well josh I plan on marrying her someday and making sure her heart never breaks again" I said and I saw his lips slightly curl

We talked for awhile until we decided to go I guess I got the stamp of a proval from Josh he said the only downside is that I'm on the oilers and not the flames which made me laugh

" I'll see you later babe" yn said as I straightened up from putting Logan in his seat

" Alright love you" I said kissing her

" Love you too" she said getting in her car but josh stopped her I watched him get out

" What's up" I asked

" I need you to promise me something" he said and I looked at him

" What is it" I asked and he sighed and I saw tears brim his eyes

" Promise me you won't leave us like him I can't watch chloé lose another person in her life and I can't watch Logan go through it either and I don't think I can handle another person walking out on me" he said and I hugged him

" I promise I will never leave I'm here and here to stay I can promise you that" I said and I felt tears on my shirt

After a few minutes he pulled away and he walked back to the car and I smiled as they drove off

I can't wait for the future with the four of them
