This contest challenged participants to write a mystery story based on a story prompt.

I enjoyed reading every one of your stories. They were all amazing!
But alas, there can only be three winners.

📣 I'll now announce the winners! 📣
There were three poems I thought stood out the most out of all the entries I received. Each winner will receive their prizes as soon as possible, and there will be a citation (commendation message) for each writer, stating why I chose them as the winner, and what I enjoyed about their poem.

Citation: This story had an aspect of anticipation, and the storyline is interesting. The cliffhanger at the end was excellent, making the readers wonder what lurks beyond the door.

Citation: The story prompt led to a horror story with arousing mystery that takes me to the edge of my seat, with bone-chilling descriptions about bodies in an ice room. Certainly not what I was expecting.
