Ariel walked into your room and felt like she was transported back to the sea, your room was done up like the ocean, it reminded her a lot of her room done in the sea. You had various shells set up around your room, you had jellyfish lights hanging from your ceiling, and various snowglobes decorated your dresser, she really felt like she was back home. She picked up one of your snowglobes that was shaped like a clam that had the snowglobe part in the center where a pearl would be and saw a lighthouse in it that said the place where it was from.
"Oh! My brother had gotten me that one of his many adventures! See you can shake it and it looks like it's snowing." You said giving it a gentle shake as she smiled.
"Sorry this is probably an ocean overload but I love the ocean and everything about it so much." You said as she smiled at you.
She shook her head at you and gave you a small smile trying to let you know that she truly did enjoy your room as she climbed into your bed with you, smiling at the mermaid figure you had on your bedside table.
"My grandpa gave me that, he was the one who used to take me on all these adventures, it wear I get my love of the ocean from. I miss him." You said sadly as she hugged you.
You two lay there talking with each other well mainly you until the sun finally set and you guys decided to take a walk on the beach. You were walking along the beach when you saw that she had stopped and picked something up, making you turn towards her.
"For me?" You asked her.
She nodded her head at you, as she handed you a clam, and when you opened it, and saw a pearl inside of it making you gasp. You had heard stories about people finding pearls in calms all the time but had never found one.
"Thank you so much, Ariel." You said wrapping your arms around her.
She smiled and wrapped her arms around, your smile and happiness were one of her favorite things in the world. You two pulled apart and just looked at each other and slowly started leaning in until you pressed your lips against hers.
