"Lewis Carl Davidson Hamilton!" An angry voice shouts over the pit lane. I look at Lew, who is standing in front of me. We are currently standing on the pit lane, next to the Mercedes garage together with a couple of other drivers. As I hear my godfathers full name my eyes grow wide but not only mine. His as well. I know this voice by heart, like Lewis does.

This is not good.

"Your second name is Carl?!" Carlos starts laughing. George, Lando, Danny, Nico and Lance do the same. Lewis glares at the Spaniard before looking around. I think he is searching for the person of his current fear. I stand with my back facing the garages, so I can't see anything. But I'm planning on getting away, out of what will follow, and maybe saving Lew on the way. "Ohh look! Where did the time go?! I need to be in the Ferrari Garage for photos!" I say and try to turn around and run away but not with my godfather.

"Ohhh no!! Definitely not!" I hear Lewis as he pulls me back by my arm. He turns me around, letting me face an angry looking, fast approaching Sebastian. "You need to be my human shield! He won't kill you!" Even though the situation shouldn't allow it I need to chuckle. Is he really scared of getting killed? Really, by Sebastian?!

The rest of the group looks totally confused as Lewis holds both my arms to hold me in place and ducks his head behind my back. Not funny man. Not funny. That is a real coward move, pushing your 'little' goddaughter in front of yourself as shield. That this is even necessary is really shit because I didn't want to do the internship but someone talked me into it. I look at the dark blond man approaching fast with Charles trailing behind him. The Monégasque looks like a mix of guilt and pure entertainment. Traitor! Ok, to his defense he didn't knew that Sebastian shouldn't know about my presence in Formula One.

They both stop in front of us. "Hamilton, don't you dare hiding behind her, when YOU fucked up!" Ok, Seb is mad. Really mad. I think I never saw him that mad. I don't know what to do because I feel like stepping aside and see how Lew gets the anger I luckily don't get or staying in place and try to protect him. I mean Seb wouldn't kill me but Lewis... Maybe.

"Hey Sebbybear!" I chirp with a soft smile. I at least try to let it look like a smile. A big bit of panic also involved. "Don't Sebbybear me!" He sounds angry but for a split second I can see the soft look he always gives me. I missed him. So much. I want to start a new distraction but he just steps towards me and grabs me under my armpits, like a two year old. Then he lifts me off the ground and sets me down behind him, next to Charles. Ok, I have to admit he definitely lost some hair but he is still as strong as years ago. Or it's just the fact that I'm not really heavy.

My eyes look over at the Ferrari Driver next to me. His gaze looks a bit sorry but also so soft. If no one else would be here I may would have found the courage to kiss him. Maybe another time. My eyes snap back to the duo in front of me. "Hamilton!..." It looks like Seb grew one head taller than Lew. I really wouldn't want to be in his skin right now. Even though I don't really get why Seb is angry at him and not at me. Or why he even should be angry. Anger is a not so fitting emotion.

"I wouldn't have expected for him to be that angry and try to commit murder." Charles whispers while looking down at me. I look up, "He won't kill him. Seb is more the type of shouting and scolding." He nods and fixes his eyes back onto the play in front of us. "What was rule number that we swore to never brake?!" Sebastian continues. "Seb, stop it! It was my decision. Let him alone!" I jump back in. You can place me somewhere else but I won't stop stepping between them. Yea, Lewis talked so long that I said yes but at the very end it was my decision. That is something I should admit.

All eyes lay on me, why do they look so surprised? I don't talk much around them, yea, but why is it so surprising that I stand up for Lewis?! The dark blond German turns back to me. "You wouldn't come up with this crap. I know you. So it had to be him." He says and his eyes jump over to Charles who is standing very near by my side. His eyes look at the point where Leclerc' arm and mine touch. "You can't hide me for the rest of my life! All those past years are enough." I fire back.
