Kojiro, near the cabinets, wiped a few more glasses before hearing the door open. He turned around, ready to inform the visitor that they were closed, but his words caught in his throat when he saw Kaoru stumbling into the restaurant, looking utterly exhausted.

Without hesitation, Kaoru walked over to a chair and slumped down, his head resting heavily on the counter.

"Pass me a glass of wine," he muttered, his voice drained of energy.

Kojiro raised an eyebrow, slightly amused by Kaoru's request.

"This ain't a bar, for your information," Kojiro replied.

"I don't care, just get me a glass," Kaoru retorted, meeting Kojiro's gaze with tired eyes.

Unable to resist his friend's plea, Kojiro poured a glass of wine for Kaoru and poured one for himself as well.

"What's got you all moody this time?" Kojiro asked, taking a seat next to Kaoru.

"Aunties," Kaoru sighed, taking a sip from his glass.

Kojiro chuckled, finding it hard to understand how anyone could have issues with Kaoru's lovable aunties.

"Ah, how can they be bad? I love your aunties, they're so sweet," Kojiro boasted, flexing his muscles playfully.

Kaoru rolled his eyes, clearly unimpressed.

"That's because they like you. They're not after you 24/7 like they are with me," Kaoru replied, annoyance evident in his voice.

"Everyone loves me. I'm good with the ladies," Kojiro replied with a smirk.

"You want to get with my aunties?" Kaoru's expression turned disturbed.

"Oh no, what? No no, that's not what I meant," Kojiro frantically shook his hands.

"Seems like it," Kaoru raised an eyebrow.

"Forget what I said. What did your aunties do?" Kojiro attempted to redirect the conversation.

Kaoru let out another sigh, resting his head back on the counter.

"Marriage," he groaned.

"Marriage?" Kojiro burst into laughter. "Seriously? Well, you are getting old."

"Shut your mouth, dimwit. We're literally the same age," Kaoru shot back.

"Yeah, don't remind me," Kojiro rolled his eyes. "What was it about?"

"They went out of their way to bring a girl home. I told them that I wasn't interested, and they gave me a lecture. One of them actually said that I need to get married soon and they don't mind if it's a girl or a guy, they just want nephews and nieces," Kaoru explained, his face filled with terror.

"Girl or guy?" Kojiro burst into laughter again. "Oh my god, stop. Did she really say that? Which one was it?"

"Auntie Kiku," Kaoru murmured.

Kojiro's laughter became uncontrollable, earning an exasperated glare from Kaoru.

"Stop, it's not even funny," Kaoru flustered.

"This is why I love her. She's so funny," Kojiro managed to say between laughs "I should come to visit her tomorrow"

"No, don't" Kaoru replied before turning to his skateboard."Carla, educate this idiot,"

"Joe the idiot, this is a serious topic, and you should not be hitting on Master's auntie," the skateboard, known as Carla, responded.

"What the fuck! Why do you still have that thing?" Kojiro jumped back in surprise.
