"Bon appétit, pinkie," the voice teased, and Kaoru's eyes widened in recognition. "Kojiro?"A broad smile spread across Kojiro's face as he opened his arms invitingly. "Hey, Kaoru," he greeted warmly.
Unable to contain his excitement, Kaoru jumped up from his seat and embraced Kojiro tightly. "Why didn't you tell me?" he asked, his voice filled with a mix of surprise and delight.
Kojiro chuckled, his arms wrapped securely around Kaoru. "I wanted it to be a surprise," he admitted, his voice laced with affection.
