Episode 10: A friend

Avni's POV

Abhi bhai left, Kyle left with Riah to her room when she asked him once softly, maybe they are having sex. It hurts but still I won't react, for sake of dadu-sa.

I was sitting with Jimin in garden after clearing that mess.

"Why didn't you leave?" he asked.

"When you guys were fighting outside, I received a text from Sia informing Dadu-sa's condition is serious, and I can't head back amidst that....... Additionally I saw Riah in king's chambers when I was leaving, so something must have been plotted, which made me realize even if I tell Kyle everything he would trust her over me, like he did with those recordings, I got to know about them recently from Mom" I told him. 

"They accused you of going out with a guard" he told me.

"Yeah I did, he broke my heart, that's why I came back crying, if I am going to become bad then let's do it completely, without leaving a single inch" I scoffed.

It hurts but, it's not time to feel pain, it's time for vengeance, I would seek my revenge from this family before going back to India.

"Avni you don't have to do this, come with me, I would send you somewhere far away" he said, "It's not time to run away, and I won't leave before stabbing right into King's chest." I said, "Damn you are badass" he said, I smirked.

"Well I would head back now, I am still sore" I informed him and got up to leave. 

"Shall I escort you?" "No need" I replied and headed to the king's chambers first.

"What happened your majesty, did my brother shoot you?" I asked in a mocking tone, "Just a slight wound princess, but not enough to stop me from taking you again, my son is indeed a fool, settling with less when he has a heaven, but I know how to value precious things like you princess, be my personal whore, I would send away Riah and probably Kyle as well" he offered making me scoff.

"You can't afford me your majesty" I mocked him.

"How much?" he asked, "This kingdom" I replied making him chuckle darkly.

"Avni what are you doing here my dear?" I heard queen's voice, "We were discussing about her going to India for her brother's marriage" he said before I could have replied. "Ohh you can go for sure, right honey?" she said and king nodded.

I took my leave and headed to my chambers.

I found my husband already in there pacing back and forth.

First night of him being here.

"Where were you?" he asked pinning me to wall.

"None of your business, probably whoring around" I said and pushed him away.

"Kim Avni, you are my wife and Crown princess of this nation, you need to answer me each and every thing" he said, oh so my dear husband wants to practice his rights over me.

I chuckled and said "Ask what you wanna know" I told him.

"Did you love him?" he asked, "Very much" I replied, I loved you very much Kyle, that it's hurting me so bad rn.

"Since how long?" he asked, "Since I was 16" I replied, since I first saw you on Television, donating for needy people at age of 18.

"Then why did you marry me?" he asked, "Because I loved him" I replied, I loved him so much.

"Why did you tell me you love me?" he asked, "Time up" I replied, "Answer me Avni" "time up Kyle" "Just fucking answer me" he said and pinned me over the wall harshly.

"Does it matters to you, you love that Italian bitch after all..." "Not a word against her" he said, "Eomeo, Kim Kyle is feeling protective over his girlfriend, I wish you were this protective of me then....." "Then what Avni?" he asked, "Then nothing, I still would have loved him, and would have loved him even more then" I said.

"Well enough of your questions let me ask you something" I said, "Go ahead" he said, 

"Do you love me?" I asked, he shook his head, "Then why this concern?" I asked, "You are my wife" "Namesake, not like you have given me any rights of being your wife" I mocked him.

"What rights you want, so that you forget that man" he said, "Why do you care?" I asked, "You have your girlfriend" "Because you are tainting my name by......." "By......?" I asked and he resigned into silence. "Let me answer this one for you, by wh..." and before I could've completed his lips landed on mine, second time in consciousness, first was at our second marriage.

I didn't kiss him back, but my tears did.

I pushed him away harshly.

"Stop doing things you don't mean!!!" I yelled, "I... I don't know how it happened" he said looking away.

"And about making me forget about him you aren't capable, you can never make me forget him Kyle, you would remind me about him more and more" I said and with that he hugged me tightly.

"I know you didn't go out with someone, I know the him you're talking about is me, I know someone forced you" he said finally breaking into sobs, "And still I can't do anything, it would've been of no use, I am the worst husband, worst and shitiest person, I love Riah, but I feel for you as well, I am married to you but I can't let go Riah, she has no one beside me" he said.

"I did go out with someone, you aren't the him I am talking about and no one forced me, go back to your girl friend Kyle, leave me alone" I sobbed while telling him lies after lies.

"Don't lie princess I see it in your eyes" he said, making me look at him.

"These two pretty onyx eyes of yours reflect the universe to me, you hold your heart in these eyes of yours" he said, "Then leave her Kyle or leave me, I ain't good at sharing" I said and pushed him away lightly, he left me.

"And I am the forgotten princess as people say, I won't mind if you forget me as well, and fyi, I tried to kill her once, don't make me do that again" I lied and left, I can't bear you to love me back Kyle, or I won't be able to take my revenge.
