"If you don't leave now you're going to be late!" Snape called up the stairs

Before anyone knew it another year had come and gone. Ella kept up with her studies despite being away from Hogwarts for her 3rd year. She was now about to be a 4th year, and thank goodness she was away last year cause some unexpected changes had happened.

"It's not my fault my clothes got mixed up with yours," Ella grumbled as she walked down the stairs "I couldn't find my bra, you got it mixed with your clothes again."

"Remind me again why i took the female," Snape muttered before turning to her "maybe learn to do your own laundry and you would be able to find those things."

"Fair enough," Ella said

"Are you sure you remember where you're meeting them?" Snape asked "The Malfoy's are not patient people."

"Yes father," said Ella "I'm not a child anymore."

"Believe me, I've noticed." Snape said slightly annoyed "once a month is enough to remind me."

"I-" Ella shut her mouth and just hummed

"Mhm," Snape said as he handed her a bag "Your ticket is in there, make sure you're not late."

"Thank you father," Ella hugged him "I'll be careful, promise."

"This was the Malfoy's birthday gift for you to remember to thank them," said Snape

"Yes yes," Ella walked to the fireplace "I gotta go dad."

Ella waves to him before disappearing.

"Teenagers," Snape grumbled before going back to work

Ella arrived in the forest where many people had tents set up. They were all excited to see the final of the Quidditch World Cup. A deep, booming gong sounded somewhere beyond the woods, and at once, green and red lanterns blazed into life in the trees, lighting a path to the field. It was time.

The stairs into the stadium were carpeted in rich purple. A hundred thousand witches and wizards were taking their places in the seats, which rose in levels around the long oval field. Everything was suffused with a mysterious golden light, which seemed to come from the stadium itself.

The field looked smooth as velvet from their lofty position. At either end of the field stood three goal hoops, fifty feet high; right opposite them, almost at Ella's eye level, was a gigantic blackboard. Gold writing kept dashing across it as though an invisible giant's hand were scrawling upon the blackboard and then wiping it off again; watching it, it was flashing advertisements across the field.

"Wow," Ella looked around in amazement

Ella noticed the Malfoys not too far up ahead. She ran up around people and jumped onto Draco's back wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Found you!" Ella smiled

Draco turned his head looking surprised before smiling "Welcome to the party love."

Ella laughed before getting off his back. Draco's parents had stopped ahead of them, waiting for the two to finish. Draco turned around and stopped in his tracks, he clearly wasn't the only one who had changed.
