I always sit next to Killer at breakfast, which drives Boss insane at times. You see... Killer, Horror, and I are the most chaotic and stupid, with Horror being the chillest and me being the most reckless one. But, according to the love of my life, which none of the guys know about, I have my moments. Not sure what he means by that, but I choose to believe him, because he's smarter than me in a way.

"Killer, for Asgore's sake, eat!" Boss groans. He always stares at Killer when we have to eat, because he isn't the best at keeping himself well nourished.

"But what if I don't want to, Boss?" Killer mutters under his breath.

"Hey, don't talk back to me. I said eat, and I expect you to."

Killer flinches, probably unaware at first that everybody could hear him. He's not exactly the quietest, so even muttering under his breath could be considered his inside voice.

"Killer, you know that just because I'm your boss, doesn't mean I don't care about you guys. It anything, it's part of the whole reason why I'm here."

"Boss... Why would you care about somebody like me? I mean, aren't I a little bit too difficult for you to handle?"

Boss sighs. "If I can handle Dust, why wouldn't I be able to handle you?"

He smiles a little, trying to bring his point across to Killer, who is and always has been oblivious to Boss's feelings for him. But the rest of us are well aware. We can tell because of how differently he acts toward him. Plus, the love of my life (no names for you, hehehe) is friends with the Boss's brother, who knows anyway.

"Oh..."

"Come on, Killer. Please."

"But... I'm not hungry, Boss..."

"Please...?"

Eventually, he convinces Killer to eat, despite how little Killer seemed to want to. I would've done it, but watching Boss care about Killer this much and in this way warms my heart. If only there was someone who could be like this to the others... I'm perfectly fine. I've got Bl- nope. Not saying his name. Still, someday I hope to see all of the guys with a special someone who makes their world bright.

"So, Dust..."

I'm genuinely shocked Cross is talking to me, considering he never talks to anyone to begin with.

"Yeah?"

"How the hell am I supposed to give advice to someone who wants to ask out their crush?"

"What?! Who?"

"It's my online friend, Bans. I told you guys about him. Anyway, now he's asking me for advice, and I don't know what to say. I really want to help him..."

I take a moment to process this all. It's so weird to think that he's a) talking to me, and b) wanting to help somebody out. To be honest, I find it sweet that he cares for whoever Bans may be. He talks about him a lot.

"And? Why do you come to me?" I ask.

Cross's voice drops to a whisper. "Ink told me you might be able to help. He said you were dating Blue."

Of course Ink knew. Of course Berry told his friends. It's a good thing I love him to death... But to be fair, it's a good thing he loves me to death, because I'm kind of annoying. In all seriousness, Cross was right to come to me. I was good with relationship stuff to an extent. He could've gone to Killer, too, but Killer broke up with both of his boyfriends, the most recent being Outer, so he'd be pretty angsty about it.

"I might..."

"What's the catch?"

"Why would you assume there's a catch?"

"There's always something when it comes to you, Dust..."

I roll my eyes. "Well, not this time. I just wanna help you out, y'know? Or maybe just tell him you're emo and can't feel emotions and stuff and he'll understand."

Cross punches me in the shoulder. "DUST!"

"Alright... Just tell me what I need to know, I guess."

Cross takes a deep breath. "Well, he really doesn't think this person likes him back, because they're so self-isolated and are not fond of people. I feel bad for him, and I don't know what to say..."

"Well... Just tell him to be calm, smooth, and straightforward. I always thought that if they don't like you back, they're really not worth it, y'know?"

"Okay... Maybe I could tell him something along those lines. Thanks, Dust. It means a lot to me. Although, I'm not sure how much it'll mean to Bans. I ought to try, right?"

"Yep. Go for it."

And with that, he walks up to his room, a little spring of confidence in his step. It's nice to see him happy, because he almost never is. And I hope things go well with whoever his friend Bans is, because I have a feeling that would drag Cross down if it didn't...
