Chapter 23 ~ Clocks !

Alyssa Pov~ 

When i woke up mateo was still sleeping and somebody was knocking on the door. I put on mateo's robe and went down to open the door, to my surprise it was Max. " hey what are you doing here?" he hugged me and walked in and sat on the couch. " How you doing lyss?" i sighed and shrugged. " Ive had better days again why are you here?" he sighed. " I know you dont want to hear this but go talk to your dad" i looked down i did feel bad but he hurt my adolescent heart. " I will now is that it?" he shook his head. " Were going on the yacth today at 12 so please make up quickly i dont want you pushing jessica off the boat" i giggled. " No promises now please leave its 10 too early for a vacation max relax your not working" he laughed really loud it sounded so fake. " Lyssa with your dad im always working even when im not" i laughed and he left when i went back to the room i heard mateo singing in the shower.  I walked in and saw that Stas was calling him. " Babe stassy is calling you and um at 12 were going on the boat so please be ready im going to my dads to talk to him" he pulled the shower curtain back just far enough for me to see his chest. " Okay babe good luck" he was smiling at me and i couldnt breath he was perfect. " Is something wrong?" he asked laughing. He was teasing me with his body. " No you fucker" he started laughing and closed the curtain. " Wait!" he pulled opened the curtain and i walked up to him and rub my hand across his chest then kissed him and laughed. " Fuck you lyss" i blew him a kiss then left. When i got to my dads cabana i heard yelling inside the door was partially opened so i walked in and saw Jessica standing up yelling at my dad who was sitting on the couch. " Alyssa?!" he tried to get up to hug me but i stopped him. " Stop im here to talk no yelling, or hitting can you both sit?" they both nodded and sat, i turned to Jessica and couldnt talk for a moment. " Im sorry for hitting you but you honestly deserved it, i will accept the fact that you make him happy and i will accept that you guys date or whatever but ii will never accept you into my family so lemme tell you what that means, If im having a family event and i dont want you to come you want, if your gunna sleep over you better be out before i wake up kay? And if you move in you wont speak to me dont try to tell me what to do cause your not my mom and dont try to bother me unless somebodies dying, i dont have to respect you because you disrespected me" she nodded but was silent. " As for you i forgive you but same terms, she isnt invited to anything to social sorry if it may sound rude but i dont care and if she does move in no making love while im in the house and get a new bed because to remind you my mother slept there too!" my dad nodded and i could tell he was gonna say something. " Alyssa im sorry" he hugged me and i hugged him back, jessica stood up and looked at me. " Im sorry too and okay ill accept your terms i cant wait till we get back" i glared at her. " No see you dont get it, i dont like you like at all" my dad gave me a look and she just stared. " Okay now that we made up ill see you in a few i gotta change" i kissed my dad goodbye and didnt bother to even look at jessica when i left. When i got back to the room Mateo was dancing in his boxers to one direction. " Wow babe real manly" he turned around and started laughing. " You good?" he hugged me and i nodded. " Go get dressed magic mike its almost 12!" he started laughing and we went up. I went in the closet and put on my lavender pink and white stripped bikini from hollister and a white cover up, i grabbed my Chanel shades and some tory burch flip flops, when i got down mateo was wearing swim trunks and a tank top. " Ready?" he nodded and grabbed his phone. When we got to the deck everybody was there waiting for us. " Alyssa do you not own a clock? Gosh that iphone is a waist!" i giggled and kissed my mom, then my dad, then Patricia then i hugged max. The boat ride was nice then we stopped some were in the middle of the ocean to play in the water as my dad put it. I laid on the deck and took off my cover up to tan, it was going good till Jessica laid next to me to tan to. " Im not moving in, not for a while" i smiled. " Good, theres no room for you anyways" she sighed and put on her headphones, after a while of tanning i found my dad, max and mateo drinking corona and fishing. " Oh gosh dad please dont turn him into you" i said sitting on mateos lap, the men laughed but i was too serious. " Dont worry hunny, hes to different to corrupt" i laughed and grabbed a corona when my dad stopped me. " Uh no go grab a soda" i glared at him. " How come mateo can have one?" my dad chuckled. " Hes old enough now go were talking lyssa" i sighed and kissed mateo goodbye. I walked up to my mom who was staring into the water. " So what happens now?" my mom turned around and smiled at me. " Well sweetie we spilt everything 50/50 then you decided if you want to stay with him and Kali or move with me to New York" i gasped. " New York!?!?!' she smiled and grabbed my hand. " My business is still back out there and you could go back to Vanderbilt Prep if you want to come" i looked down, i didnt want to. " And if i dont?" my mom smiled at me. " Thats okay i know you dont wanna leave Ky i understand Kali is your new home, i really wont mind but just promise me you wont let Jessica change one thing in my house" i smiled and nodded, my mom hugged me and i hugged her back. Tonight we go home. Tonight my adventure ended. When we go off the boat i went to shower and when i got out my bags were packed. " Babe did you pack them?" Mateo nodded and i kissed him. We had a hour to get to the jet everybody had already left but i wanted to hang back with mateo and walk on the beach. " How did you know when you loved me?" mateo laughed as he held my hand walking down the beach, the sun was setting it was romantic. " You remember that day we were in your house watching scary movies and it was freezing so we were cuddling on the couch?" i nodded it was over Christmas break. " Well when you told me that you felt safe with me i knew that i loved you, i knew that the feeling was mutual because when im with you alyssa i feel untouchable like its me and you against the world, your my other half i would be lost without you" i started tearing up and i kissed him. " So lyssa you ready to go back to real life?" i shook my head and looked off into the horizon." Im scared, My moms going to new york tonight instead of cali with us, jessica is coming back home with us and im just scared that after today my life wont be the same" mateo looked me in the eye and put his forehead on mine. " Your right it wont be the same but lyssa im not going anywhere and neither is your mom or dad they just are growing" i smiled this was perfect. I didnt want to leave but i had to when i got to the airport there were to planes one for my mom and one for us. " Ill miss you okay call me and make sure i get the house in P.R so we can go there every year" i laughed and hugged my mom goodbye. " Ill see you soon pumpkin do good in school and give that bitch hell" she kissed my cheek and hugged me and mateo goodbye, she walked up to my dad and whispered in his ear then kissed him goodbye. When she got on the plane i was so proud, my mom was going to live her dreams nothing was holding her back. When we got on the plane mateo fell asleep on my shoulder. I kissed his head and smiled. Even tho my favorite chapter in my life was ending a new one was starting and boy this time i wasnt prepared for the Kalifornia hoes.
