______may 17th, 1806
Odessa had officially cut herself off from Theodore, but that wasn't really hard seeing as they only ever talked at balls and because of Owen.
But it seemed as though not seeing the boy all the time was taking a real toll on the girl. For whatever reason she had seemed to disassociate more often than not.
She had atleast four episodes a week. She hadn't a clue what was wrong with her—nor why her episodes were getting worse and her health following in suit.
So there Odessa sat, head on her knees facing a pink wall, her body slowly rocking from left to right.
Her eyes drained of all tears, only red marks to show where they once were. Her body grew weak as she sobbed quietly.
"No—I can't say that— he mustn't hear— why not? I like to hear him. Teddy? No not Teddy. Where is teddy. Teddy? Hello Teddy where are you?" Odessa practically yelled as she got up and started to bang on the doors of the empty house.
"Teddy, oh teddy—where are you?" her head started to shake as she trailed out to the garden by the darkened fountain of water. Odessa brought her night gown over her head, being left in only her under garments.
She dunked herself into the water practically screaming out to a man that was not there. Her mind playing tricks on her as she looked up at the garden.
"Oh there you are teddy!" She exclaimed staring at a single pink flower just meters away from the fountain. "Come up—come swim with me!" She cheered splashing around.
"Odessa? Odessa darling what are you doing out here?" Esme called from the door. Odessa stared longingly over to the flower not once hearing the voice call out to her.
Moments later she had been dragged Out of the water by Charlie and was wrapped in a towel. "Come on Dessie, it's cold. Let us go inside" Charlie whispered, pushing her hair behind her ear.
"I can not leave my teddy" Odessa whispered back slowly. "Yes you can, do you want to know why?" He started.
Odessa only shook her head rapidly pushing away from the boys touch.
"Because I am teddy, and I really need you to come inside." Charlie finished.
"But how you were just in the garden?" She whispered again.
"I left it, just so I could come help you back inside." Charlie said picking the girl up and walking towards the opened door.
"That is so nice of you teddy, I was quite cold" Odessa said. She had still been in a state of euphoria. Her mind still changing the way the world looked.

It had been only a day later and Odessa was yet again getting ready for a ball. This time Esme had picked out a forest green gown that fit perfectly.
Ever since Odessa brought up Lorenzo, Esme seemed to be in a very giving mood. Though she hadn't a clue why.
Charlie walked into the girls room and leaned onto the doorway staring lovingly at his baby sister.
"Ollie, are you almost ready?" Charlie wanted to compliment her. Really he did but he just didn't know how.
He knew it was easy he just didn't want to say the wrong thing so he refrained from saying too much.
"Yes, Charlie. Where is everyone else?" Odessa said walking towards the doorway. "It's just you and me today, dear sister" Charlie smiled connecting there arms and leading both towards the carriage.
