Let's Bury The Hatchet

It's been a day since Mammon went back to his apartment with Kanon. The other brothers were worried that they're relationship with the second eldest is now in jeopardy since the Student Council Meeting. 

But despite some questions being answered...

There were still some that needed to be known...

Like the mystery that Lilith have been with them all the time through spirit.

Mammon just wanted to take a huge nap with Kanon.

He didn't want to get involved with what's happening with Devildom anymore. I mean, why should he? 

No one cared for him when he was the Avatar of Greed...and the only reason why people have changed their opinions all because he saved a bunch of lessor demons from the witches. 

He didn't really do it for them. He was doing it for his daughter and to stop Maddi's shrewd plans. 

Mammon: *Sighs*....(First, they hate me...then they say they miss me...but the bullying and insults didn't stop after I left...and then even after paying my debts, people, including lessor demons & witches, still don't want to leave me alone and now they all want me back as the Avatar Of Greed...I just don't understand...I'm not bothering anyone anymore but yet...)

If you think about it, it's pretty petty coming from their end...

Mammon:...

Kanon: Papa...

Mammon had noticed Kanon was still up. 

Mammon: Yes, Little Treasure?

Kanon: I can't sleep...is it alright if we cuddle...

Mammon: *Smiles* Sure, Kanon. Come on...

Kanon hopped into his bed and got into the covers. Mammon gently pulls her into a protective grip. The little girl begin to fall back asleep.

Kanon: I love you Papa...

Mammon smiled as he kissed her forehead.

Mammon: I love you too, Little Treasure. Sleep tight. 

Soon enough, Mammon also begin to fall asleep. A few minutes while he was in his vulnerable state. A bright light followed set of angel wings appeared. 

*Later*

Lucifer couldn't take it anymore. 

He wanted to see Mammon. 

He knew it was nighttime and the younger demon is most likely asleep with his daughter. But Lucifer wanted to at least check up on him. Pride be damned. 

He's willing to throw it away again if it helps rebuild his relationship. 

The other brothers had gone off to do what they best or at least wallowing in their own misery of Mammon, technically disowning them, once again.

MC looked a little down since their talk with Mammon. 

Lucifer couldn't blame them. 

After all, everyone had hurt the second eldest in this family and who would've thought it took the words of a little human girl for them to finally see that. 

Looks like MC is not the only therapist in this family. 

Lucifer: (I'm going to see him...I'm not going to just sit here and do nothing.)  

While MC and other brothers are occupied. Lucifer swiftly disappeared into the human world straight to Mammom's apartment.
