This is going to be a long chapter sorry for the wait. 

Viserys and Alicent were wrong when they said told Aegon that he could not claim a person as he would a dragon. Since the night that he met Rheaella, Aegon cried, screamed, and whaled until finally the nursemaids called upon the queen to try and help see why the usually cheerful two year old was acting up.
When Alicent arrived  she quickly took Aegon into her arms. "Alright my little dragon tell mama what is wrong," All Aegon did was point to the cradle that he knew for certain that Rheaella was in. Alicent walked over to the cradle and Aegon stopped crying, "Aegon, she is sleeping she cannot play with you."

Aegon shook his head, "No play, sleep. I want to sleep close to her." Alicent looked in surprise but quickly told the guards outside the doors to move Aegon's bed closer to the cradle. As soon as the bed was moved and Alicent put Aegon down he quickly went to sleep facing Rheaella's cradle hugging his dragon toy.
Alicent starred in disbelief, but she left the nursery and headed back to her room and in the morning when she broke her fast with Viserys she told him the events that unfolded that night and all he did was laughing saying that those two are blood of the dragon.

Upon the time of Rhaenyra's wedding the whole of the castle we used to the new daughter of the king and queen. Everyone who knew the true identity of Rheaella where threatened/warned to not tell the prince Daemon was Rheaella's father. Though Viserys sent summons to Daemon he never replied and Viserys never put why exactly he was summoning Daemon, only that it was urgent. 

Viserys and Alicent started taking almost all meals in the nursery with their children. YES, they had their own children before Rheaella, but having her made them realize just how important children really were and how truly important it was to spend time with them. Their treasure opened not only their hearts but their eyes to whats important. Their treasure was so joyful that she lit up a room with a simple giggle, though Rheaella's favorite activity was sitting on her father's lap with all the realm's subjects. She was a relatively happy and calm child, unlike Helaena. Viserys figured that Helaena was a dreamer early on due to the fact he was now around her more than he had been in the first few months of her life and were able to help her nightmares by talking to her and soothing her. 

_____Two Moons Later_____

The Day of the Rhaenyra's wedding came fast and who would have known that Daemon would show up. So at the beginning of the night Viserys had his little treasure Rheaella in his arms as each house was being presented and when the Velaryon were presented Leanor was supposed to bow to King Viserys greet his betrothed, but Leanor failed that job. Leanor bowed and greeted the king but instead of greeting his betrothed he greeted Rheaella. 
"Hello little Rheaella how you this fine evening?" 

Viserys smiled at this, "Yes she is doing quite well, my little treasure here enjoys seeing many people. Did you know that just last week while I was taking the petitions of the citizens during court, Rheaella here giggled and tried to wave to everyone of the people who came in. It was quite a sight to see, almost all the citizens of King's Landing just came to see her."
