It has been two years since the golden heir ceremony. It was not only a shock to Rheaella that the Velaryons and the Arryns gave their pledges and loyalty to Rheaella, but the entire realm as well. But it came as no shock that Rhaenyra, Daemon, and their family did not show.

With the Velaryons and The Arryns pledging to Rheaella came new alliances that had to be forged. As part of the new alliances Aemond was to wed the future lady of the Vale, Lady Ursula Arryn, Aunt to Rhaenyra. The Vale promised to support Rheaella as their queen as long as the marriage went through. The Velaryons agreed if their were able to displace Lucerys as heir of Driftmark if they were able to find the bastard son of Lord Corlys and ask that he be legitimized or in fact name Baela as Driftmarks heir. Viserys quickly agreed to both of the arrangement as long as Aemond was allowed to goo back to the Vale to know the land that he would one day be the lord consort of. It was agreed the Lady Jeyne and her Niece Ursula would stay for a moon in King's Landing and then would leave with Aemond and Vhagar to the Vale for the next two years until their wedding a moon after Rheaella and Aegon's wedding, in a small ceremony at the Eyrie in the Vale.

Many of the Lords and Ladies thought it was odd that Aegon and Rheaella were waiting to be wed; as it wasn't uncommon for many to wed at the age of five and ten, just as the Princess Helaena and Lord Cregan Stark just did. And when the people asked they all were told the same thing. Viserys told the many talking Lords that this time around he would make sure his heir would have all the knowledge of a ruler before having to deal with the duties of marriage, because Viserys also said that he was already growing old, and wished to see his daughter grow as the heir.    

As the two years passed Rheaella blossomed into a beautiful young woman as Aegon grew as a handsome young man, and as Rheaella and Aegon grew, so did their passion for one another. So much so the queen and king have caught them multiple times close together in dark corners or their chambers kissing passionately.

Viserys and Alicent have made it clear that the understood their needs but they were not to go further than the kissing until after they were wed. Rheaella and Aegon agreed. The king and queen also stated that they must be careful for if any servants or noblemen caught them, Rheaella's honor and name would be tarnished. So since then Rheaella and Aegon had been careful to not even let their guards see. By using the secret tunnels that ran through the castle.

After a year in King's Landing, with Cregan finally of age to claim his birthright and titles, Cregan went north to Winterfell and came across his uncle, Raya's father, unwilling to give up the titles. So as a newly married member of the royal House of Targaryen, Cregan sent word asking for help, and help he did receive over 1,000 members of the royal army and many of the northern houses united with the Dragons Viseryon, Sunfyre, and Dreamfyre. Cregan was able to claim Winterfell once again. Leaving his uncle in the cells. With Cregan's uncle lock in the cells Helaena moved up North officially to become the lady of Winterfell.
