The Tourney of Fire and Ice, the tourney for Helaena and Cregan's wedding. Also the day that it would be announced to the known world that Rheaella would be the new heir and this time around, Viserys wasn't afraid of the aftermath of naming his daughter the heir. While when he named Rhaenyra, the people fought and screamed out with outrage. He knew this time around that Rheaella had something that Rhaenyra never had or thought she needed to have, the people's love and support. Viserys knew years before Driftmark that the people were calling for Rheaella to be Queen. The called her the Queen of the people or the people's Queen. For she was their hero and savior. With the opening of Rheaella's school and the food that she constantly brings to the people who have nothing. Rheaella spent the time that no one else seem to want to spend on the common people of King's Landing. She was what the people needed and she was what the nobility needed as well. At the age of ten and two she somehow convinced seven of the greatest houses in Westeros to give gold to the poor and needy and to help build a school and a housing facility for all those without homes and education. The second school was soon to open. With the added money coming from the trade and businesses that the now educated have opened. Rheaella had been using the money from the taxes to start slowly buying up the silk street and ridding the city of whorehouses and bars and replacing them with homes, better orphanages, jobs for the uneducated, and is currently is building a second school. So far she has also placed schools in the Vale and Westerlands. This is what the seven kingdoms need, a ruler. Viserys decided it then that he has made the right choice, and with Aegon at her side no one dare rise against her.
