TW: topics of self harm.

Stan rolled over in his bed only to feel a warm arm pull him back. He reached out to rub his eyes, and hesitantly opened them. Laying next to him, well, almost on him, was his sleepy red-haired best friend. Boyfriend...he can call him that now. Kyle had wedged his head into Stan's chest, and lapped his arm around his waist. Stan's heart fluttered at the sight.
"Stan? Are you awake?" Kyle yawned, not moving.
"Did I wake you up?" Stan asked somberly.
"No, kind of, it's okay."
This was the morning after he had passed out, and Kyle didn't really leave his side after that. They continued to hang out with Kenny and Butters until Butters had to go home, and Kyle kept close tabs on Stan and made sure he ate that night.
Kyle shifted his head to look at Stan and pointed to his lip, "hey, your swelling went down!"
Stan touched his lips, still a little sore but not as much as before, "oh, good. Maybe I can kiss you now."
Kyle chuckled, and placed his hand on Stan's chin, lowering his head to meet his own. He placed a delicate kiss on Stan, careful not to hurt him. It was short and sweet, and they didn't really care about morning breath.
Once they pulled away, Kyle reached over to grab his phone. Maybe it was too early to be texting, but after last night, Kyle couldn't stop thinking about what he can do to help Stan. He needed advice, and he needed it at soon as possible.
Kyle: hey i need help
Middle Finger Man: why are u texting me so early
Middle Finger Man: and why are u texting me
Kyle: i need someone who isnt biased
Middle Finger Man: jesus christ ok whatever
Kyle: in person without stan
Middle Finger Man: now im intrigued
Middle Finger Man: ill be at starbucks during tweeks shift u can meet me there whenever
Kyle: thank you
Kyle put his phone down, and realized Stan had fallen back asleep. He chuckled to himself and snuggled up against him once again. Stan does have work today, so Kyle will be packing him a lunch and he will be making sure he eats breakfast. He'll have to meet Craig while Stan's at work.
About forty-five minutes later, the two awoke to the shrill noise of Stan's alarm. He groaned and reached over Kyle impatiently to make the beeping stop. Kyle cringed at the sudden movement, burying his face deeper into Stan's chest. But alas, Stan did have to get up. He slowly untangled himself from Kyle and got out of bed, leaving Kyle to shiver in the drop of temperature.
"I'm making you a lunch today," Kyle said groggily, pushing himself off the bed. Stan rolled his eyes and continued to get dressed.
Kyle made his way down the stairs, noticing a slight mess in the kitchen. Kenny probably woke up late and had to rush to work. He'll deal with that later. Instead, he made up a sandwich for Stan and added some strawberries; if nothing else at least he'll eat those.
Stan made his way down the stairs and paused, smirking at Kyle putting his lunch in a paper bag as if he was his mom getting her child ready for a field trip. He didn't say anything though, he really did appreciate how much Kyle cared.
"I'm going to Starbucks later, do you want me to pick something up for you?" Kyle asked, handing Stan the bag.
"I'm okay, it's not like my job has any real work to it," he laughed, "but thank you."
