(Y/n's POV)

I woke up, and opened my eyes realising that I am in my room. But did I go to bed here last night? Then I, gradually waking up, began to remember that in the evening I was in the living room with Akaza, who was reading me a book. I don't remember how I ended up here in my room, being laid down on my spread out bed and carefully covered with a blanket. Then I looked around and saw Kokushibo resting in a cocoon chair closer to the balcony, reading something. Then he noticed that I was awake, turned and looked at me with his six eyes.

"-Oh, Y/n, you're finally awake. That's good, because I have to go on another mission with Lord soon."

"-Hello, Kokushibo. I don't even remember falling asleep in my room. By the way, did you cover me? If so, thank you."

"-Hm. Last night you must have been so exhausted from my training that you fell asleep on Akazа and didn't even realise it. But that after we came back with Muzan-sama and Douma and sat down in the same room to talk, he moved you to the bed. And also it was he who covered you, so thank him not me."

Kokushibo started to get up and walk to the balcony of the room.

"-I'm going to go on an errand now that you're awake, Douma is in the common living room downstairs with Gyokko, you can go down there if you will get bored."

I left my room and went to the common living room. Slowly going down the winding stairs, I heard Douma and Gyokko talking about something.

"-... So yes, I think this shade will match my new pot just fine, especially in combination with that lotus flower pattern you suggested to me, Douma-dono! Thank you then, I guess I'll be going now! "

I realised that Gyokko was about to leave, so I decided to wait until he left because I didn't really want to talk to him.

As i heard Gyokko is gone, I went downstairs and entered the common living room.

As Douma saw me, he approached me and pulled me closer by my waist

"-Good morning Y/n-chan! How did it sleep on Akaza?~" smiled he

I decided to tease him a little
"-Really good, why?"

"-Cause it'd be much more comfortable on me~"

"-What makes you thi..."

As he suddenly put his hands on my cheeks and gave me a little kiss on the nose.

"-Hey! What just happened?" blush spread across my face

"-Just little kiss on nose to the princess "

I didn't have too much time to think about it, because we felt presence approaching the room so Douma pulled away and bowed.

"-Muzan-sama, good morning! "

"-Good morning"

"- Greetings. Douma, I have assigned you a task for today. There are demon slayers who've come to the forest near Mount Sagiri today because they spotted one of the lower moons there recently. Go right now, before they leave. This is Kinoе rank, so it's important to me that absolutely all of them to be killed. "

"-Father, where will I be?"

"-Gyokko will look after you."

"-Nononoonono only not Gyokko"

Without thinking twice, i quickly thought of a way out
"-Can I go with Douma on a mission? I won't interfere with him, I will just contemplate. Please~"

"-Okay, you can go with Douma. But return back tomorrow after sunset, you will need to help in couple things me and Akaza. "

"-Thank you, Father."
I said in a calm tone, but was actually very happy. I don't have to listen to Gyokko's pots-obsessed enthusiastic stories for hours, and instead I'll go with Douma what will be much more interesting.
