Part 11

"I'm in here!" I yell.
The door opens "can I come in?" A voice says
"Sure I'm just washing my hands?" I say confused.
Brayden walked in.

"What are you doing here Brayden." I ask while looking up at him.
"What's the deal with you and Jack." He asks
"Nothing." "It's none of your business." I retort.

"Anna."
"Brayden." I say right after.
"Can I kiss you." He whispers
"I've never kissed anyone." I say in shock.
"Just follow me." He says while leaning in.

We started to kiss and he pulled away and smiled.

I grabbed him but the face and kissed him more. I couldn't get enough of it. His hands travelled my body as we made out.
"God I've wanted to do this so many times." He says while looking at me and leaning back in to kiss me more.

"Let's get out of here." Brayden says while grabbing my hand.
He lead me outside to his car.
"I didn't know you had a car."
"Well surprise" he said
We got in and I remembered Kate was there.
"Shit what about Kate."
"I'll tell me brother to take care of her and tell her me and you are going somewhere." Brayden said.
"Thank you Brayden." I said while smiling.

He drove us to a diner just down the street.
"This is my favorite place to eat." He said.
"I've never been here."
"Two milkshakes please" he says while sitting down.
"My grandma use to take me here all the time when I was a kid. When my parents were busy with work." Brayden said while looking over at me.

"It's cute in here." I said.
"I know" Brayden said with a smile.
The milkshakes came and I tasted it and it was the best thing I'd ever put in my mouth.

"Oh my gosh this is amazing." I said while looking at me.

Brayden looked at me with a smile. "You're so pretty Anna."

I smiled while still drinking my milkshake.
"It's getting late. I'll take you home." Brayden said.
"Ok"

We got to my house and we talked the whole ride there laughing, and having fun.
"Bye Brayden"
"Bye Anna" "wait" he said
He leaned in and kissed me.
I smiled and said "bye Brayden"
He drove away and I went into the house with a smile.

Of course I FaceTimed Kate and told her all about it.

That night I realized something.
He is the first boy I actually love. I've loved him forever. I really thought about it and realized. Even in middle school I was I love with him. I thought I hated him but he was always there and I always loved him. I was too scared to admit it.

The morning came and she put on her favorite pink shirt and jeans with pink converse.

She was excited to go to school that day. Not only to learn.

Kate got sick so she went to school alone. As she walked in she noticed Brayden standing at her locker. She walked over to her locker.

"hi Brayden." She said softly.
"Hi" he said with a slight smile.
We walked to first period together.
We keep glancing at each other the whole first period.
The bell rang and it was time for second period.

"I'll see you later." Brayden said
"Bye brayden" Anna said while walking away.

She had a smile ear to ear while walking to her next class.
As she left second period she saw Brayden talking to that Brooke girl again.

"Really." She said to herself
She walked past him not even glancing at him.
He noticed she saw him and Brooke together and tried to talk to her about it.

I ignored him all day.

I got home and all I could think about was it. Is he just messing with me. I had to know.

I heard a knock at the door and ran down stairs.

I opened it and there I saw Brayden.
"What?" I said while rolling my eyes.
"Brooke." He said

"No Brayden I'm so tired of this."
"I don't know if you like me. Or you're just messing with me. I mean I told you everything about me and you just decide to walk and smile and laugh with another girl you use to talk to?! You confuse me way too much Brayden." " I can't do this if that's how it's gonna be" I said in a loud tone.

"We're not even dating" Brayden said.
"Oh ok." I said while slamming the door.
I started to tear up while I ran upstairs.

"I'm such a fucking idiot." Brayden said to himself.
"I didn't think before I said that"
Brayden regretted saying that the whole night.

The next morning came and Anna ignored him all day. The next day came and Anna ignored him again.

"I can't believe he would do that." Kate said.
"I know." I said in a sad tone.
