Once I entered my office Diana had called me saying she received an application from Jane Lee. I had already informed her that Jennie Kim will go by the name Jane Lee and should keep her true identity confidential. Since she works for me.
Diana will soon leave this company in 1 week. I looked at Jane Lee's application and since Jennie had studied abroad in famous schools. she is qualified to work here and has the capability to be my secretary. Of course her criminal record had been erased to show no signs of unqualified.
Mr. Kim knows I investigated her, but doesn't know that I had the report of her true past and not the false background he made up. "Hashh~" I lean back on my swivel chair. "My dear Jennie, you will soon be deviously mine without you even knowing it." I smiled biting my lips as I looked up at the ceiling.
(KNOCK KNOCK) Ugh...
"Come in." I said in a hostile tone. Bambam walks in closing the door behind him. "Ms. Manoban I have the reports you asked for." He hands me all the information about the man we captured the day I took Jennie out.
"Hmm....Oh Se-hun he's an agent that recently worked for the Kims..."
That means he knows about me and Jennie. This man wasn't alone that day and since the other escaped with the pictures it's obvious that he reported it to Mr. Kim.
"Aishhh!" I turn my chair facing the window seeing the skyscrapers and The Kims building far in the distance. I grin. "Bambam." "Yes Ms. Manoban?"
"Mr. Kim seems to have allowed Jennie to work here meaning he would want something right?" I said narrowing my eyes down to the city.
"In my opinion yes, it's odd that he hasn't done anything about Ms. Kim joining our company."
"Exactly, he doesn't know that I know Jennie's true identity, but knows of our relationship. Just what does he want...?" I rubbed my chin thinking.
"Mr. Kim cancelled the engagement between Jennie and that man which he no longer is supporting that man's company since they were involved with embezzlement and bankruptcy."
"Ms. Manoban, do you think Mr. Kim was involved with the accident as well?" Bambam inferred. "I believe so." I turn around facing Bambam.
We were involved with the power outage in the city later injuring Kai. His code name was 'document'. "Gosh, his pathetic face was funny." I silently laughed.
"Ms. Manoban I couldn't really find anything about the wounded shots on his body." I looked at Kai's medical report.
