(Aakane): Those were delicious. *she said with a joyful look on her face.*
(Y/n): Glad you liked them. Those chip flavors are some of my favorites.
(Y/n mind): Why did my heartbeat suddenly skyrocket? I mean, it's my first interaction with a girl, of course, that's it.Or wait am i afraid of women!? No!!!!!!!
(Y/n): So, Aakane, do you always come to the park alone?
Aakane blushed, a mix of embarrassment and sadness on her face.
(Aakane): I-I don't have any friends to hang out with since we just transferred about a week or two ago, and my parents are not at home most of the time.
(Y/n mind): What is this feeling? I feel uneasy and sad when I see her sad. Oh, come on, dude, think...
(Y/n): How about you come to my house for lunch? It's almost lunchtime.
(Aakane): Oh no, I don't want to cause you or your parents any trouble. *She said shyly, blushing.*
(Y/n mind): She's not only beautiful but also considerate.
(Y/n): Oh, come on, it's no trouble for me or my parents. They'll be happy to see that I made a new friend. *I said with a confident smile.*
Aakane looked at me, her eyes widening at the word "friend."
*Tears started to form and escape from her eyes.*
(Y/n): Aakane, what's wrong!? Why are you crying? Did I say something to make you cry!?
(Aakane): No, d-dummy, I'm just happy. This is the first time someone has called me their friend.
(Y/n): *hugs her* Don't cry. You're my very first friend, Aakane, and I'm grateful for having you as my friend.
I released the hug, looked at her, and saw a smile appearing on her face-a sight that will forever be engraved in my brain.
(Y/n): *smiled back* Aakane, let's go to my house; it's almost lunchtime.
Aakane nodded with a smile.
(Aakane): Um, by the way, how far is your house?
(Y/n): *Grin* Don't worry; we aren't going to walk. Aphrodite will get us there in minutes.
Aakane looked confused and asked, "Aphrodite? She's the Greek goddess of love, right?"
(Y/n): *Eyes and face lit up* Wait, you know Greek mythology!!!
Aakane nodded with a smile.
(Y/n): Wow, you're full of surprises, Aakane. We can talk at my place; we should probably head out.
(Aakane): Yeah.
Both kids exited the park, and when they reached the parking spot, Aakane's eyes widened when she saw (Y/n)'s bike.
(Aakane): Is this your bike, (Y/n)?
(Y/n): Yep, this beauty is Aphrodite. Doesn't she look gorgeous?
(Aakane mind): *pouts* What's with her? It's not even a living thing, and calling it gorgeous? What's up with that? *Realization hits.* Wait, am I getting jealous of a non-living thing?
(Y/n): Hello, earth to Aakane. *I waved my hand in front of her face, snapping her out of her thoughts.*
(Y/n): Come, hop on. *I said, already sitting on my bike.*
(Aakane): *nervously hops on the back of my bike.* O-okay, I'm ready.
(Y/n): Got it. *I said as I started drove off.*
