Chapter 25 : The Cultural festival Has A Monster

—Hachiman's pov—

"He's absent!?"

—Small time skip after school—

Miss Hiratsuka: "A man came by this morning and delivered some documents." Miss Hiratsuka said as she hands Yukinoshita a bag filled with documents.

I saw Yukinoshita open the bag and go through the papers.

Yukino: He completed everything in one night!?

Yui: Is he alright? He's never been absent before.

Miss Hiratsuka: He called in sick today. He didn't say much about it... Alright, you kids take care. I'll be taking my leave now.

*Miss Hiratsuka left*

Yui: I think we should visit N/N.

Hachiman: Alright, I'll go grab the notes to give them to him.

—Time skip outside Y/N's house—

Hachiman: You know, it's always mesmerizing to see how huge his house is.

Yui rang the gate bell and the gate opened. We all entered and got to the front door and rang the doorbell. After a while, the door opened slowly.

—No one's POV—

Hachiman: What's up? Why are you hiding behind the door?

Y/N: Need anything?

Hachiman: Are you hiding a girl in there!?

Y/N: W-what? No, what gave you that idea.

Hachiman: If you're hiding a girl, you'll say "what."

Y/N: What?

Hachiman: Gotcha!!!

Hachiman bust through the door and walked straight towards the living room.

Upon entering he was met by a sight "The cola graveyard."

Hachiman: Dude, you have a cola problem.

Y/N: *pissed* First, you just came uninvited and then entered my house and started judging me!?

Hachiman: Sorry, slip of the tongue.

*I saw Yui and Yukino enter the room.*

Yukino: Wow, Y/N. You do have a cola problem.

Yui: Looks like a war took place.

Y/N: *sigh* Give me a minute. I'll clean it up.

—Small timeskip—

Y/N: There, all done. So, why the sudden home visit?

Yukino: What do you mean sudden!? I was worried about you!

Everyone looked at Yukino, who blushed upon realizing what she just said.

Yui: Are you alright? You never stay absent, so that's why we were worried about you.

Y/N: Thank you for worrying about me, but I'm alright. I just needed some time off to take a break.

*Ping*

I looked at my phone to see a text from the quints and Fuutarou.

Y/N: Well, looks like we have visitors.

*I walked to the front door and opened it, and was immediately hugged by Nino and Yotsuba.*

Yotsuba: Y/N!!!
