Rushing home, I quickly sat on the bed and fired up my laptop.
(Y/n): Alright, Hasagawa School, the place Aakane is going to attend.
(Y/n): Huh? Needing above 50% on the admission test for a school? What the hell? Well, I guess it is what it is.
Let's check the subjects: Science, Social studies, Maths, English, Japanese. Considering we're just 5 years old, this seems like a school for geniuses or child prodigies.

—The next day at the Hasagawa Elite Institution (Entrence exam)—

(Headmaster): Mr. and Mrs. (L/n), your son scored a perfect 100. Not a single flaw. Perfect grammar, even in languages. Most of our students who pass have 60 or 70 marks at best.

(Headmaster): Mrs. (L/n), you don't realize; we set this test for 8th graders. Math is especially hard. Most of our attendees have failed in that specific field
(Dad's mind): Damn, son. When I was your age, I couldn't even do addition. Here you are doing trigonometry.

(Headmaster): Anyways, welcome to our school. His uniform should be ready in about 2 days that is after we take his measurements.
