"let's do some sparring, okay?" with a sweet voice, she threw her gym bag to the side, wrapping her knuckles and wrist for protection against injury.
they'd just stepped foot into jinnam's boxing club at nightfall, when no one else was there so that they could have free reign of the training equipment.
being good friends with the owner had it's perks.
with the turn of his body, geon-woo's head tilted, eyes widening at her words. "huh? sparring? i'm not sparring you, hae-rin." he shook his head at the thought.
he was a marine, a trained boxer. to think she'd even utter those words was shocking but yet it reminded him of the days they spent getting stronger, together, both battling hardships in life.
"ugh, woo, i'll be okay. just pull your punches and i should be able to handle the rest." she bounced on the tip of her feet, loosening her arms to warm herself up in the ring.
