some things were easier said than done and in this instance, saying that you'd help hunt down and capture a man you barely knew other than his face was easy, but acting on it was the hard part.

putting on all black attire and turning the key of your get away vehicle to start it's engine was easy.

riding to the parking garage and blending into the shadows without so much as a trace while on the lookout for the target was too, easy.

but standing beside hyeon-ju, weapons of all kinds strapped into holsters that decorated her body like the finest of jewels, dark eyes lurching in her direction to gesture towards the grey honda pulling up on the backstreet knowing that she'd soon be leading the man to his demise-was gut-wrenchingly hard, despite knowing all the evils he'd done.

hae-rin could feel the knot between her shoulder blades tighten when hyeon-ju began speaking into her earpiece, tone attentive and dark, holding a mystery behind hushed words. "a car is heading in," she notified, receiving a grunt of recognition in response as to not draw attention to himself.
