No was around, now I can talk to Miguel alone.
"Last night that kiss was a mistake" says Iliya
"Yes indeed it was" Miguel spoke.
"I really don't know what got into me but I shouldn't have kissed you, I shouldn't have reacted to my heartbreak in that way. I am sorry Iliya"
"No. It's fine and thank god we are on same page" I said him. Why am I having mixed feelings about our kiss? My feelings? We kissed yet doesn't feels like we did, I like him and he's single now yet not mine..why? Should I tell him about my feelings for him and ruin our friendship or forever stay as his best friend only?!
Everyone came and took their seats.
"What happened? Why is everyone so quiet?" asks Palermo
"Nothing, uhm..it's nothing boss" spoke up Iliya
"When you say it's nothing Iliya, then I am sure there is something. So someone please speak up. Nicolas you tell me what is going on?!"
"Brother I and Miguel broke up" says Andrea
"Why? What happened so suddenly guys?"
"Andrea cheated on Miguel...with Nicolas" says Iliya
"Okay that's complicated..i don't want the details. Let's continue with the meeting. I have decided that we shall attack on Cason today when's he going back to his house, here..on the road" he's points at the map.
"You sound so confident. Do you have a plan boss?How are we going to execute it? Who's going to kill Cason?" asks Miguel
"Iliya will"
"What? Why me? I can't, knowing the fact that I am already on the top list of his target. I won't" Iliya immediately opposes.
"You don't have an option, you have to do it Iliya. When he's made you his first target then why don't we use his own target against him. You will kill him" says Palermo
"Target? What am I missing here?" asks Miguel
"Yeah, what are we missing here?" asks Andrea
"Last night at the party, Cason told Iliya that she is his first target. So I think Iliya should be the one to execute the plan" Palermo narrates.
"No she won't do it. We can't risk her life even more by sending her to the devil's den. What if she fails and he kills her instead. We can't lose her" Miguel takes a stand for her.
I love the way he is concerned for me and is taking a stand.
"He's right" says Nicolas
"She won't do it alone of course. You all will help her. So will you do it now Iliya?" asks Palermo
After giving it a thought, for a minute and thinking about everything I said "Yes I will. I will do it will give my best shot"
"But.." says Miguel but she interrupts "it's okay. I will be fine. I can do it"
"So here's the plan.." narrates Palermo
I(Andrea), Nicolas and Miguel will be with Iliya at the road. And Palermo will be guiding us from here.
At the location (On the road)
So the three of us are going to shoot on the tires of the his car so his car misbalances and Iliya will be the one to kill him while we will kill his men. So I and Miguel were together hidden behind a tree and Nicolas was on the other side of the road. And this was my chance to apologise to Miguel for my mistakes.
