"ANTHONY EDWARD STARK!" Your voice booms through the compound while you storm towards where your younger brother, Tony, is sitting, causing his eyes to go wide and his head to whip around. Meanwhile the rest of the team just sits confused. Who are you and why are you yelling Tony's name?
"Mo- Y/N! H-hey! Uh... What um... What can I do for you...?" He stutters out and the rest of the team just looks between you two, wondering why Tony seems so scared.
"You bloody idiot! Don't fucking try and act all sweet. Where is Vera?" You say, anger evident in your voice.
"Oh shit-" Tony starts but you cut him off.
"Oh shit is right! Where the fuck is my daughter Anthony!?" You yell causing the team to just sit and stare blankly.
"I completely forgot! I'm sorry! Happy should be picking her up since I didn't..." Tony states nervously, trying to look anywhere but you.
"Боже мой. (Oh my god.) The one time, THE ONE TIME, I ask you to pick my daughter, YOUR NIECE, up from school, because I had a very important meeting, YOU FORGET?! Ты чертов тупица. Я убью тебя. Тебе лучше надеяться, что Гарольд войдет в эту дверь через минуту, или я гарантирую, что ты не увидишь ее целый год!" You switch between English and Russian, not realizing Black Widow's eyes are growing wider and wider.
(You are a fucking dumbass. I'll kill you. You better hope Harold walks through that door in a minute, or I guarantee you won't see her for a whole year!)
"Jesus fuck Y/N! I don't sp-" Tony gets cut off by a little squeal of happiness coming from behind you and everyone notices how you visibly relax.
"Mommy!" Your 7 year old, Vera, says, as she runs over to you.
"Hi darling!" You say turning around and picking her up. Everyone sits there shocked. How did you pick her up so easily?
"Who are all these people with Uncle Tony?" She asks as she looks around.
"I'm honestly not even sure myself darling. I didn't notice they were here until you pointed them out." You say with a smile on your face.
"Is it because you were yelling at Uncle Tony?" She asks and you sigh and then chuckle.
"Yes, my little one. He was supposed to pick you up from school, not Happy." You say and you see her eyes sadden a little bit.
"Uncle Tony forgot about me...?" She asks, her voice small.
"No honey! Of course not! He just got caught up with his friends and lost track of time. Uncle Tony would never forget about you hon." You say and the team stares, specifically Black Widow, even more confused now.
You were just threatening Tony so that he wouldn't see the child for a year but now you're covering for him? What the hell is going on.
Tony gets up and comes over to you, placing a gentle kiss to Vera's forehead.
"I'm sorry Vera. How about I introduce you to my friends to help make up for it? I need to introduce your mother as well." He says and grins.
"Okay!" Vera says and you place her down, watching as she goes and waits for Tony to sit on the couch before jumping in his lap.
"So everyone... This is Y/N, my older sister, and her daughter, Vera." Tony states proudly.
"My sincerest apologizes for my behavior earlier. I didn't realize Tony was with people." You say, taking a small bow.
"What- Uh- I think we have some questions..." The guy with the metal arm says.
"Ask away!" You say with a smile.
"Well first off. How do you speak Russian so fluently?" The redhead dressed in all black asks, causing you to visibly tense.
"That's a story for another time. Next question?" You say, brushing off her question.
"Is Vera's father still around?" A mischievous looking man asks with a smug smirk on his face.
"No." You reply simply.
"What happened to him...?" The brunette woman with emerald eyes asks, but before you can answer, someone else does for you.
"I happened." Nick's voice sounds from beside you.
"Nicky!" You say excitedly, and hug him. Shocking everyone because not only did you just call him 'Nicky' but you also hugged him... And he hugged back.
"Y/N/N." Nick answers back as you pull away.
"May I ask what you mean by 'I happened.' Director Fury?" The redhead asks.
"Simple really. He hurt my best friend, so I took care of him." He says and everyone's eyes widen.
"Took care of him? What do you mean by that?" A blonde guy with blue eyes asks.
"I work for a government agency. Figure out the rest, Cap." Nick says bluntly, and everyone figures it out.
"Now, all due respect, but I still need to know people's names." You say, causing everyone to realize they haven't introduced themselves.
"Steve Rogers." The man with blonde hair and blue eyes says.
"Natasha Romanoff." The redhead in the black outfit says, and you smile, blushing softly.
"Bucky Barnes." The man with one arms says.
"Wanda Maximoff." The brunette woman with emerald eyes says.
"Loki Laufeyson, God of Mischief." The mischievous man says, and you connect the dots of why he looked so weird earlier.
"Thor Odinson." Another blonde man with blue eyes says, but his hair is longer.
"May I ask if you're single, Lady Y/N?" Loki asks, and you grimace slightly.
"I am, but I'm a lesbian, so I'm not interested." You reply as you watch his face fall, but you send a wink to Natasha.
Tony rolls his eyes as he sees you to Natasha. He continues to bounce Vera on his lap as he watches your interaction with his team, and decides to speak up.
"Look, Y/N will be here a lot more often. So don't try anything stupid, and don't try to date her." He says, not noticing you and Natasha both roll your eyes at his words.
What none of you knew though, was that that meeting was the start of some beautiful friendships for you, and also the start of a beautiful relationship with a certain redhead. Tony did end up approving of her, not that you needed it anyway, and the two of you eventually got married, and she adopted Vera so she was legally both of yours daughter. You two also ended up having 2 more kids. A boy and a girl.
