Back when you were in high-school, you went to Nevermore Academy with your twin sister, Esther L/N, who later in life became Esther Sinclair. That school was where you met the love of your life, Larissa Weems. You two were the second most popular couple at Nevermore, coming second to Morticia Frump and Gomez Addams.
You both loved each-other very much, and planned your whole lives together, but of course, life had other plans for you. When graduating, what you wanted with your future and what she wanted with hers, just didn't work. She wanted to be the principal at Nevermore, while you wanted to pursue your dreams of being a singer. You both agreed to go your separate ways and break up.
You have no idea if she managed to achieve her goal, but you did. You became a very popular singer and even wrote a song about her when you were in your 20's, but decided not to record and release it. You knew if she heard it, she would know it's about her.
Your twin sister Esther, who married Maurice Sinclair, had children and her daughter was your favorite. Enid Sinclair. She was a big ball of energy and she loved you very much. She usually called you 'Mama Y/N' because of how her mother treated her. She always viewed you as more of a mother than she would ever admit to your sister. That's what leads you to today.
You knew your sister wouldn't come to parents weekend at Nevermore unless Enid had wolfed out, which she didn't, so you were coming instead. You knew you'd probably get surrounded and asked questions about why you were there but you didn't care. You were gonna be there for Enid because she deserved it.
You were running late and you knew that. You knew for a fact that you missed the speech the principal gave but you didn't really care and neither did Enid. The second you walked in, you were immediately surrounded by fans and their families, asking for your autograph, and asking for your picture but you wanted to get to Enid.
"I'm sorry everyone but i'm here to see someone. I'd appreciate if you wouldn't crowd around me or her please." You asked and everyone agreed and then dispersed.
You saw Enid's hair and smiled brightly. There was someone who you failed to notice, despite them noticing you. She was over in the corner observing, while you were dead set on getting to your niece.
"Enid!" You called out to her and she immediately spun around at the sound of your voice.
"Mama Y/N!" She yelled, running to you and engulfing you in a hug. That confused Larissa. Did she just call you Mama?
You continued walking with Enid to where she led you. A little corner that no one could really see, or hear what was being said. You knew what she was about to ask, yet you gave her a look anyway. Little did you know, Larissa had followed you and was watching closely.
"Can you sing that one song?" Enid asked and you smiled. The one you wrote about Larissa.
"Of course. Anything for my favorite niece. But why?" You asked and she looked away quickly and then back to you. She was acting suspicious.
"Because I love it! Who'd you write it about again? And when did you write it?" She asked and you rolled your eyes.
"I wrote it in my 20's and her name was Larissa Weems. You know this already though Enid." You gave her a pointed look and sighed. You wouldn't be getting out of this so you just started singing. Larissa on the other hand was standing, shocked. You wrote a song about her?
"I saw you in the back of my show last night,
Standin' underneath the exit sign,
I know it wasn't really you though,
'Cause you were always in the front row.And I've been looking for love online,
And maybe some of them are real good guys,
They're never gonna be like you though,
You set the bar above the moon so.
