Emma's POV
I woke up in bed with Killian, curled into eachother, my face burrowed into his neck, and my hands locked in his hair. I streached and quickly got ready for today, remembering I had told Mary Margret and David that Killian, Henry, Regina, Robin, Roland, and I were going to meet them at their loft for brunch. We were going to tell them the news.
I walked out of the bathroom, dressed and ready to go. I sat on our bed, pulling on my boots, and walked down stairs to see Killian sitting on the couch, his haior glistening from taking a shower down here.
My pirate flashed me a grin, and I said, "Good morning, Killian. Are you ready to face my parrents?" He nodded and said, "Good morning, love. And I think I am ready." I nodded and he stood quickly, we then threw on our coats and headed to grannies. We were meeting Henry, Regina, Robin and Roland there, and going to Mom and Dad's loft from there.
After picking up the four, we reached the door, and walked in after a quick knock to let them know we were coming in. Mom met us in the livingroom, holding the almost two year old Neal on her hip. She gave Herny, and Roland a quickly hug and kiss on the cheek, and handed Neal off to me so she could hug Killian, Regina, and Robin. She hugged me, and took Neal back, and we all wandered towards the kitchen, making small talk as she finished up cooking and we served ourselves.
We all sat in the living room, eating and laughing, Killian and David were poking fun at eachother good heartedly, and everyone was generally having a good time. I looked at Killian and grabbed his hand when he and David paused. He looked at me, and scooched closer, before I said loudly, "Everyone? Me and Killian have some good news. We're going to be parents." Everyone but Killian, Regina, Robin, Roland, and I were frozen. I expected that much though, Robin was an easy going guy, who took most things with ease, he would be happy for us, and Roland was hardly old enough to understand what that meant. Everyone else was shocked, Henry was the first to break the silence as he said happily, "I'm going to have a little brother or sister!" This triggered Mary Margret to hug us and say congratulations. Only David stayed quiet.
He looked like he was choking, as he changed color from tan, to red, to purple, to blue before he calmed down. He looked at me, ignroing Hook.
"You want this?" he asked. I nodded and said, "It's a suprise sure, but a happy one." He sighed and said to Killian, "Take care of her, or die." He only nodded, his arms winding around me and kissing my temple when everyone started talking again.
I snuggled into his chest and his arms tightened around me. We all continued talking and Regina shot me a sly smile, she asked us, "What gender do you want the baby to be?" David's jaw flexed and I thought for a moment.
"A boy," I finally decided. Killian said, "I don't really mind so long as the babe is healthy." David's eyes softened when he heard the blatant love and happiness in his voice.
We spent a while talking, before I excused myself to call the hospital and make an appointment.
The nurse said as soon as I told her my name that she could give me an appointment tomorrow at one thirty with the leading OBGYN. I took the appointment and everyone left the apartment.
Regina sent Robin, Killian, Roland, and Henry away so she could spend the afternoon with me.
The next morning I woke up a little later than normal, at nine o'clock. I normally woke up around forty-five minutes ago. Why didn't my alarm go off? I stummbled out of bed and walked in a zombie like fashion down the stairs. I went to pour myself a cup of coffee, only for Killian to swoop out of no where and snatch the mug from my hand.
"Not a chance," He said, "Regina told me that coffee isn't good for the baby." God damn that woman! He handed me a cup, it had a dark liqued in it, still steaming. I tried it, it was green tea sweetened to perfection. I let the coffe go and plopped on the couch with the tea. I sipped it and asked Hook, "Did the electricity go off last night? My alarm didn't go off this morning."
He shrugged and said, "I'll see if Henry can check it out." He headed up stairs, and I followed behind him, getting into the shower as he grabbed the phone, one of the only things he could use.
Killian and I watched TV on the couch until it was time for the appointment, and we then got into the car and drove there. I checked in and the appointment wizzed by, the docter told me how far along I was, and a rough guess of when we could know the gender. She also told us that we were having twins. Killian was shell shocked, and so was I. She went over some things about my diet and vitamins before we left. When we got home, Regina called, I answered and we spoke for a few minutes, and I filled her in on everything.
Eight and a half months later
Killian was a saint for putting up with me these last few months. I had mood swings, cravings that made him ill, and a shorter temper than usually. I stood, and walked towards the couch. I was huge, my stomach streaching out and covering my feet. Regina watched worriedly as I sat on the couch. I was almost ten months along, and our little girls would be here any day now. My due date was last week, and everyone was freaking out dispite my docter telling them it was fine.
Rumpelstiltskin had stopped in earlier, almost sending Regina into cardiac arrest, and told me that our daughters would be extreamly powerful. Being the second generation prodct of true love, and with their mother being me meant that they would both have twice the power I did. He had left, wishing me luck.
I settled in and asked Regina, "What about the name's Calla and Bloom?" We still hadn't settled on names. Regina said, "I love them. Pretty, unusual, but not to weird." I nodded and closed the book. I reached forward, over my belly to reach the remote. These last few months everyone had been treating me like a porcialin doll, and it was pissing me off. I grabbed it and leaned back, when suddenly my water broke. I told Regina and she helped me get into some fresh clothes before we bolted for the hospital. I called Killian, and he said he's meet us at the hospital. Regina called mom, dad, Henry, and several other people to let them know what was happening.
When we reached the hospital I was taken into a room and quickly joined by Killian. It took nine hours before our daughters were born, all of which I spent cursing the day I met Killian. I didn't mean it though, and David found it very entertaining afterwards. The docters came back, and showed me my daughters, letting me hold Calla and Bloom in turn while Killian gazed at them in awe.
The girls had a small tuft of midnight black hair on each of their head, with pale skin, delicate features, and eyes that swirled with blue and green. Because of their magic, Rumpel said, that's why their eyes weren't the normal grey color for babies.
Bloom was held by Killian before we swiched off. Our daughter's were three and half minutes apart, with Calla being slightly older. The docter sent everyone away except for Killian and said I could see them tomarrow.
