Coria, not a representative. Brohintor never put forward a representative, and the entire race seems to keep a very low profile. Not many seem to know of them so much.
However, Coria can be found on the parasite-infested planet QBJO-2-IFS (If I got that right) as a temp-banished criminal. Her crimes consist of many, many cases of both large and small scale thievery.
Her weapons are twin daggers- and element destabilizers. If she sinks one of those blades in an elementaloid's flesh, their pendant becomes useless for approximately three minutes while she makes her escape. This usually leaves the elementaloid trapped in the state they would typically be in whatever circumstances they're in.
Her pendant is the rather royal looking necklace. She stole it from Brohintor's king, and was given by him simply by how fascinated he was by how she managed to even get into his bedroom, much less while he was sleeping. The queen did not think so highly of the act.
Coria has the rare ability (among her kind) to completely evaporate and disappear. Completely intangible and can return whenever she feels she should. However, in this state, she cannot hold objects or even touch them. This leads to the unfortunate circumstances in which she... Well, she can't retain her clothing in this state. I'm supposing you can all understand what that means when she needs to come back.
