Nix, a handicapped representative. He wears a brace on his left leg since he is nearly unable to walk on it (for reasons he doesn't seem to like disclosing, but he will if trusting of someone). If kicked, the brace will collapse and he'll fall (Why would you kick him!?). Basically like a secretary to his planet and also keeps all the records of history. He has a fascination with time and tends to carry multiple clocks and watches with him that each display a different time for other planets. The watches can change times to show the correct zone for a planet's current time, and it also changes the color of the watch itself to the main color of the race. His pendant is the watch around his neck. I accidentally went rather steampunk-esque with his design, but I like it.
