Pesko. He's an organic native to Tintenol, unlike the robot Iosnoi. He is the second, lesser representative of the planet due to being unable to walk and speak with them.

Helios is planning on making Pesko a set of mechanical wings not unlike his own so that everyone can finally see him in person rather than a holographic image.

He discharges heavy and potentially fatal amounts of electricity all throughout his tail. Jumpstart a car with it since it's so powerful. He can only give minor shocks through his hands if he so desires but tends not to do that- it's a bit difficult to make friends when shocking people.

A hint as to how he managed to become an important figure on his planet- the 22, almost 23 year old male made a major contribution to he science and technology fields with a major breakthrough back when he was 17. He is now referred to as "daddy" by someone despite being a single man that has never had a child. The purple should also be a clue. And the massive amount of dweeb must have seeped through a little.
