Grisen and Veryen's younger sister (by two hours, but still), Ross. She is the Foreign Affairs part of the Magnesium hierarchy. She is the first to worry over something small that may frighten her.
Her weapon is indeed a pencil. The pointed end is ridiculously sharp and can easily pierce skin, while the 'eraser' end acts more like a hammer.
