my heart skipped a beat i haven't spoke to him in months i wonder if he saw the podcast, i gulped as i look down at my phone

i didn't know what to say next i mean he said i was a bad person so that gave me a reason to say no but i mean i also didn't feel like he meant it and that gives me a reason to say yes

i replied with

"sure"

something in me felt excited, i was fucking obsessed with him, i never thought that i would fall in love with a person i hardly knew from the beginning

he texted back with

"come over tonight maybe like at 9?"

i replied with

"ok"

i decided to go to avanis house in the mean time just to calm my nerves, i told avani everything and she was infuriated

"so your gonna talk about it?" she raised an eyebrow
and i just nod

"didn't you guys hate eachother?" she questioned

and i just nod again

"vee, your fucking crazy" she rolls her eyes

i love avani but sometimes she can be way to honest, anything i would do would tick her off, i get that she's trying to look after me but sometimes if pisses me off too

"how am i crazy?" i say back

"because he fucking said horrible things about you and now your like ' omg he texted me he clearly cares about me now!'" she mocks me

i let out a huff and try to contain myself

"it's not that avani, he was literally at a party maybe he was drunk or something" i shrug

"vee if he was drunk he would've sent you that text the next day, but he didn't"

she was right i felt like a loser but i just couldn't turn down vinnie

"avani please, i genuinely love him, you literally saw me suffer for months ever since that day" i say

"i know vee, but i don't want you going through that again, you hardly ate and you smoked everyday, please just be careful this time, don't fall for him that easily" she says

"i'll be careful this time, i promise" i say back

i had gotten a text from vinnie

"hey maybe it's best if i come over to your house instead, just for some more privacy"

i replied with
"i'm cool with that"

"hey i've gotta go, he just told me he was gonna go over my house" i say as i got up the couch

"okay then, i'll see you tomorrow, good luck" avani smiles

i gave her a hug and left.

the whole care ride home my heart felt like it was going to explode,i took deep breaths hoping that i wouldn't cry at the sight of him

i arrived home and just waited on the couch overthinking everything, imagining how it would go.
