"Florence!" Sebastian whisper shouts as I walk through the hotel room door.

I take off my shoes and look at him, "I know, I know. I'm sorry, Bash. I didn't mean to not call,"

"You better have a damn good excuse," he says as he looks me up and down, checking me over.

I sigh at the events that have happened in the last 12 hours. I can't believe I fell asleep in Charles' arms. "I really don't. I'm sorry,"

"Don't apologize to me. Apologies to your son, who stayed up all night waiting for you to come home. He finally passed out only a few hours ago."

Hearing his words makes my heart constrict at the thought of my poor baby watching the door, waiting for me to come back.

I am a terrible mother.

"At least tell me you were somewhere safe?" he says with a sigh as he embraces me in a hug. "You really did scare the shit out of me."

"I was alright. As I was leaving the club, I found Charles completely wasted so I took him home-"

"Wait. You stayed at his house?" he says holding my shoulders to look me in the eyes. "Did you guys-"

"No. God no." I say shaking the thought out of my head. "He got emotional when we got there, probably because of the alcohol, and I felt bad leaving him like that so I was just going to stay for a bit until he fell asleep but ended up falling asleep as well."

He looks at me for a few moments, as if deciding whether he believes me or not, before sighing again and walking away.

"Fine. I believe you, but you still owe me. Us. Big time," he says as he sits back on the couch.

"I will. I promise, whatever you want. Starting now," I say as I walk over to sit on the couch with him.

"You better. That was single-handedly one of the most stressful nights of my life."

I chuckle at his exaggeration.

"I'm serious," he says, acting like he's offended by myreaction.

"Alright, alright," I say in surrender.

"I feel like I've aged 5 years." he continues as he places his hand on his heart.

"What's your first request then?"

"I mean," he starts as he places his hand on his chin, thinking, "After such a stressful night, and the constant pacing back and forth, my feet are kinda sore-"

"I am NOT touching your feet," I say sitting up straight to face him.

"You said, whatever I want, and I want a foot rub," he says, folding his arms in satisfaction, and trying to hide his grin.

"I would rather die," I say deadpan.

"Fine, whatever," he looks over to sleeping Jules on the bed and says "I'll have to wait for my partner to wake up so we can come up with a plan. But for now, lets leave the foot rub pending."

I roll my eyes at him. I can tell that he is going to enjoy this way too much.

"Did you have fun at least?" he asks.

"It was alright," I say, thinking back. It was nice to meet some of the other drivers and to see Pierre again. "I made some friends."

I laugh at the last thing I said. It sounds like I'm a child giving a report of what I did at school.

"I'm glad you had fun though," he says with a smile as he bumps his forehead with mine. I smile and rest my head on his shoulder.

"What's up with Max then? Am I supposed to hate him now? Cause I wouldn't be mad." He says as he shrugs his shoulder at the thought.
