A couple of days later, it was April 7th. It was the day our damned island test had finally ended.

As a girl who has basically zero experience camping, even counting in my previous life, this test was basically torture. I knew that there would be similar experiences later on but... honestly, I was dreading it.

"It's finally ended!!! I can't wait to go back onto the cruise ship and finally enjoy my summer vacation!"

"Same. I'm literally so excited to run into our room, take a nice, warm shower and sleep in a proper, comfy bed."

"Now, now. Don't get too excited yet. We still need to hear the results of our exam before we can actually relax."

I made sure to calm my classmates down before vacation high got to them.

"I think we'll do okay right? I mean, I'm actually pretty okay with the deal Katsuragi made with Class C."

"Well... don't get your hopes up. I saw Class B's campsite and they were pretty good."

"Oh yeah Sei, you scouted out the other classes on day 2 right? Whaddya think our odds of winning are?"

"Hmm... pretty high? I mean Class D was okay, just that they were all over the place; then Class C's going for the zero-point strat.; then there's class b, our most likely contender for 1st place."

"Ohhh. As expected of Sei, our Sakayanagi Arisu-sama's right hand man."

"Hahaha. Please make sure you don't say that in front of Arisu. She'll get mad."

"But it's true!!!"

The four classes had gathered on the beach, tired and exhausted from the week-long special exam, awaiting the release of the exam's results and for us to finally be free.

Soon, a commotion had broken out.

Ryuuen had approached one of the Class D guys and had picked a fight with him.

Sighing internally, I wondered why couldn't there be a single day where no one fought or quarrelled with another.

"Ah.. that red haired guy.. Wasn't he the one that almost got expelled?"

"Class D and Class C again? Oh my gosh, can't they take a break. They do know that they're just canon fodder, right? Why bother struggling?"

It seemed that my classmates shared the similar sentiments.

Little do they know what was about to befall them...

"Tanaka."

A low pitched voice rumbled from behind me.

"Hashimoto-kun! Whassup?

Sorry guys, I would like to talk to Hashimoto for a bit."

I motioned to my friend group as I moved towards Hashimoto, causing our classmates to space out, allowing us some space.

"You... never mind. Everything has went as planned."

"Including the thing you needed to do for Sakayanagi?"

"Tsk. I figured you knew."

"Hehe, it was obvious."

"You sure you won't regret this?"

Hearing this, I shrugged.

"I mean, what's done is done. I can't turn back time."

"True that."
