I huffed and puffed while carrying yelena into the med bay, "what the hell happened?" Natasha shouted while taking her unconscious sister from me.

"We got swatted, and she got hit badly," i say, while hobbling to follow her.

"Y/n, are you ok?" Maria asked as Carol walked through the doors with her.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I say, while gripping my leg, then see Bruce and the others run in.

Bruce and Tony immediately got to work, I stood there anxiously waiting to see if she would be alright as it was my fault that we got swated.

If I listened to yelena when she told me to get out of the building, we wouldn't be in this situation.

"Y/n, you need to sit down," Bruce siad, coming over to me, "No Bruce I'm fine I need to know she'll be OK, I need to know that I didn't kill her," I say, as my breathing got faster.

"Y/n, take some deep breaths, "it's all my fault, I should have listened to her, i should have ran out, but I didn't I made a mistake she can't die Bruce," I say, while tearing up the others looked shocked as they only saw me as the tough hot headed average.

And now there seeing me cry in Bruce's arms begging for yelena to be alright.

I ended up falling asleep in Bruce's arms, and thor had to pick me up and take me to my room.

But it didn't last long as a couple minutes later, I was back in the med bay paising around the halls.

Thinking over what happened, until the door to the med bay opened, u turned to see Bruce, "is she OK?" I asked, wiping my eyes.

"She's going to be fine," he said, smiling as I hugged him while sobbing, "thank you," I whispered.

I pulled away, "can I go see her?" I asked, wiping my eyes the best I could.

He nodded, leading me into yelena's room.

I whispered, seeing all the wires and tubes around d her with the heart moniter next to her bed.

I walked over, sitting on the chair closest to her bed, hearing the door shut, as I jently took her hand in mine.

"I'm sorry, I should have listened to you, I'm so sorry," I say, while sobbing.

"I wasn't supposed to go this way. You were supposed to stay safe, you promised you would," I say, laying my head on the bed seeing as it's already night.

I closed my eyes as a tear fell down my cheek.

Yelena's pov:

"You promised," I heard the broken sob of the woman I have fallen for, and here she was blaming herself.

"It's not your fault, y/n,"

After what felt like hours, my eyes slowly opened, feeling sore as the sun beams in my face.

I go to cover my face and then feel a wagging in my hand.

I look down to see y/n, I smiled she must have fallen asleep here.

She stared away as my smile grew as soon as she saw me awake she stood up, "I um, I'm sorry," she siadn and was about to walk away before I grabbed her wrist.

"Don't go, please," I say, with a fragile voice. She turned slowly and walked back to her chair.

After a minute of silence, I broke it, "You have no reason to blame yourself," I say, still holding her hand.

"But I do, I made you worry, which led you to run after me," she said, with her head down and playing with my rings.

"I always worry about you y/n," I say, as she lifted her head, showing me her red and puffy eyes.

"Oh малыш ,"(baby), I say, jently pulling her into the bed, so she's resting her head on my shoulder.

She cuddled into me while sobbing, "it's ok, im ok, everything is OK," I whispered, sweet, nothing to her as her cries turned into silence sniffles.

"Never do that again," she said, wrapping her arm around my waist.

"Never, and I promise to that," I say, making her giggle.

She kissed me, making me blush, "I love you, lena," she whispered, nuzzling her head into my chest.

"Sleep, my love, you need it," I whispered, kissing the top of her head.

"Promise you'll be hear when I wake up," she said. I smiled, " I promise, and this one I will not break," I say, as I felt her breathing even out.

"I love you too," I whispered, falling asleep right after her.
