3RD PERSON POV! - WITH ALHAITHAM:
WHILE ALHAITHAM WAS SIGNING SOME DOCUMENTS, He took some documents from his file and rolled them up in a ball and threw them onto the floor. Then, muttering to himself in agony, "This shit is useless..". Standing up from his desk, as he muttered vulgar curses to himself, for the overload of paperwork. Fixing up his half-slided cape as it was twisted because of his horrendous sitting position. Walking out of the door's which some acquaintance kindly opened for him. offering thanks as gratitude, from where you could not spot a hint of gratitude in his voice; he left the Akademiya for a short walk.
JUST THEN, he saw a faded cherry red haired silouhette coming towards him. Her golden heels making clinking-clanking noises. Normally, if you heard the clinking-clanking noises of heels, you'd find it very satisfying; but boy, after a long day of work. You would most probaby want to break those heels into little pieces, thats what alhaitham thought in that scene. She walked towards Alhaitham elegantly. As she gleamed, "Mr. Alhaitham! Couldyoupleasecometomydanceatthezubayrtheater?" She blurted out nervously, because HE was THE Acting Grand Sage and well- for her case, she was just nervous as fuck for absolutely no reason.
Alhaitham sympathised as he wanted to wheeze at that time, "Nilou, Stop, Slowly, Please." He snickered in response. Nilou became beet red in embarrassment as she wheezed out "could yo-you uhh-.." She stuttered out as she tried to coax out her sentences and failed miserably. Alhaitham just only smirked and chuckled, What. A. Devil. Alhaitham followed, "Whatever you were trying to say, I cannot go there since I have a lot of work to do." Alhaitham affirmed as he walked away smirking. While he was walking away Nilou shot a glare at his back 'So he new what I said all along!'
AFTER A FEW MINUTES OF WALKING, Alhaitham went back to his office. not even after a full minute, a man with faded silver hair came into the room. The Staff of the Scarlet Sands on his left hand; his golden ornaments on his fit dangling in the air, making soft clinking-clanking noises. Coming into the room with a serious face and blood on his cheeks.
Alhaitham says with furrowed eyebrows, completely ignoring him; indicating he doesn't give a fuck, as he sighs, "Don't you know how to knock?" He interjected with disturbance. "We have a situation." Cyno countered back with an emotionless face, indicating that this was important. Setting down his spear, which had blood on the tip of it, slowly raising it towards his face as he licked the blood off it.
"Recently, the eremite attacks have continued to rise more and more.. And we have frequently been finding blood on the sand." The silver-clad man interjected with his brows knitted. To which, Alhaitham's mind mentally straightened.
TIMESKIP TO 20 MINUTES - NILOU'S DANCE TO THE ZUBAYR THEATER:
She blew out the flower in her hand, gracefully ; like it was a candle awaiting to be blown by a breeze of air. She twirled around as the flower enlighted the lamps and other elements in the room. The dance had officially begun.
A few more minutes passed everyone in the hallways and the people watching the stage, the centre of the dance ; nilou. She danced gracefully making other peoples hearts fixated on her. Out of a sudden it started raining harshly. Rain was a huge coincidence in Sumeru since it was a land of desert. People started clapping and celebrating. Nilou also slightly flinched from the slight shock during the dance. It started thundering ferociously on both sides ; it was a brawl waiting to happen. The rain slowly receeded and stopped. However, the black clouds were only growing thicker ; It was bad. That wasnt supposed to happen. Suddenly, startled screaming exploded from within the crowd, before people started bashing and throwing eachother off while running away.
THUNDER ; a huge thunder roared across the sky as it hit straight at the rooftop of the zubayr theater. The crowd became terrified and lost all sense as the rooftop became crashing down. Some bolted, some started to retreat to the doors and there were also a few dead... The falling tiles and other pillars in the theater fell on the people.
No one had noticed.. no one noticed Nilou. A huge pillar fell on her left leg as she gasped in pain, screaming in agony. She tried to lift her left leg up her face going paler and paler by the second. Something...something hit her left hand. she didnt, No one knew what it was. As the u̵̹̫̥͎̠͈̕n̴̲̭̠͊̊̍͐̔k̴͚̘̜̜̙̓͂̓̐̋̒̅́̆̕ń̴̢̝͍̻̪̪͖̊̄̍̽̽ô̷̙̭̺͚̥̓͝w̵̢̯̱̹̗͑͊̐ ̴̥̦͖͎̲͖̌̀͝͠ͅù̷̧̡̨͔͇͇͉͈̅́͋͂͗͝n̵̖͇̼̥̅̆̓̒͗k̷͖͕̖̭̲̺͍͓̖̰͆̌͆́̚n̸̢̮͍͖̩̲̎͆ơ̷̙̼̋̅͗͊̂͛͘͘͠w̸̛̠̤͔̘̺͙̞̃̆̎́̏̔͊͋͛ṉ̷̖͖̗̣̋͛͌̎͆̕͘ ̴͔͎̣̺̾̊̃̍͐̎͂̈U̷̯̥̟̥͇͈̬͊͘̚͜Ǹ̵͓̄̌̏̈́̓̚̕K̷̡͙̹̹̩̇̓̔̔͊̓͒Ń̷̨̡̗̻̱̪̹̖̖̰̔̈́̋̅Ǫ̷̻̻͎̞͇̗̹̬̥̓W̴̱̓́̅̆̌͘͝N̵̛̞͍̻͆̾͊̈́͌̒͝ shot her making her lose conciousness almost immedietly.
WITH CYNO AND ALHAITHAM, AT THE EXACT MOMENT THE LIGHTING STRIKED:
They both flinched in shock as the thunder hit..somewhere. But they didnt know where that somewhere was yet.. They both became alarmed making eye contact with eachother almost immedietly. "thunder..!" Cyno spoke out recovering from the shock as they both heard a building crashing down. "This isnt good!" Alhaitham shouted standing up from his seat immediately as he made quick eye contact with the General Mahamatra telling him, that they needed to run and fast.
They started sprinting, as they slowly came to the scene of the incident. Seeing people everywhere the doctor(s) which happened to be extremely less in numbers because sumeru did not happen to have that many doctors. Cyno looked at Tighnari with a worried look because Tighnari was basically screaming to coaxe out the people and to decipher the medicine and the injured people equally.
Keep in mind, Tighnari was not a doctor. And he wasnt any expertise in the form of treating human injuries. The place was an absolute mess. When was the last time such a huge incident happen in Sumeru?
Alhaitham started slowly walking observing the catastrophe seeming way calm seeing the situation before his eyes. Observing the damages of the sorts. Cyno face shifted from shock to worry after seeing 'Nari' so distressed. Cyno ran to Tighnari telling him words of comfort. Though, more and more patients and severely injured ones were piling up.
Keep in mind, Tighnari was not a doctor. And he wasnt any expertise in the form of treating human injuries. The place was an absolute mess. When was the last time such a huge incident happen in Sumeru?
