Okay so turns out there was only a problem with our schools sytsem and our techy guy from QLD Education didn’t want the blame. Anyway, I still have more chapters so regardless of our little lying bas…s player? We can continue with the story. YAY!

 I threw the little pink toy, and Honey, but he caught it yet again with little effort, before giving it a tight hug.

Sweat was beginning to trickle down my face.

“Honey” I panted, “can we take a break,” Honey raised his eyebrows at me slightly letting out another giggle,

“Karin, this is all easy,” I poked my tongue out of him and collapsed onto the wooden floor, loving how cool it was against my skin.

“Not for me” I panted. He giggled like before then threw Usa-chan at me again. I groaned slightly as the stuffed toy hit me. I couldn’t be bothered to move so I left it sitting beside me for Honey to pick up.

Honey ran over to Usa-chan, and picked him up off the floor,

“You were supposed to catch him” he whined, laying down next to me. I gave another groan in response, as Usa-chan was placed on my stomach.

“I’m sorry, Usa-chan,” I puffed sitting the bunny up tucking his floppy ears behind his head. Honey smiled broadly,

“He forgives you, but you have to catch him next time, okay?” I nodded slightly, handing Usa-chan back to his owner.

Honey pulled me back up to my feet,

“Okay, we can do some proper training now.” Honey said standing in front of me.

“Proper training? What did we just do?” I asked, wondering how this could possibly get any harder, Honey giggled,

“That was only simple fitness training. You really are unfit aren’t you Karin?” I pulled a silly face at him, and then plopped back onto the floor.

“Kariiiin” he whined pulling at my arm. I shook my head,

“I don’t want to” I whined back. Honey stopped and pouted at me looking like he was going to cry, I sighed and sat up. Honey went back to his usual smiley self and again helped me to my feet.

“’Fine,” I huffed, “But just let you know, I’m not doing this because of you, I’m doing this for me.” I knew I would regret it, straight afterwards, but also that in the long run, 1. I’d be a lot healthier, and 2. Hopefully a lot stronger. I was right about one thing, that hour I spent with Honey was like torture, every time I had to push through another rep was pure agony. Had Honey not have been there to push me along, I would have stopped after the first 15 minutes for sure. Instead though I was forced through 50 whole minutes of non-stop reps, first this, then punches, the kicks, then sit-ups, and the list went on, until eventually I used my ankle as an excuse even though it didn't really hurt anymore.

By the end of it I had collapsed in a heap, laying on the floor, and at that moment the wood may as well have been a bed with fluffy pillows for all I cared, all that mattered was I was not moving anymore. It took a while for my heart rate to come down properly, but Honey was patient and waited, sitting beside me on the floor. When I had finally sat back up, Honey smiled broadly,

“That was fun, wasn’t it?” I raised my eyebrows and nodded, this boys idea of fun was far off mine.

“Sure,” I replied simply, “But I’d much rather go to he beach, go swimming or something,”

He nodded then got a look in his eyes,

“Kao-chan, didn’t Tama-chan say we were going to the beach soon?” Kaoru; who I had completely forgotten about, nodded and walked over from the window,

“Yeah, the boss has been planning a trip to the beach, and as a new member of the host club you’d be obliged to come anyway Karin.” I ran up and hugged them both chanting,

“We’re going to the beach, we’re going to the beach!” Honey joined in, before stopping all of a sudden and smiling,

“Karin, we might not go to the beach” Honey announced, causing me to pout, “Unless you can catch me,” he yelled running away. I sprinted after him as fast as I could, but somehow he always seemed just out of my grasp. Even when I would pretend to slow down, to catch my breath, then quickly launch myself at him, he still managed to stay out of my reach.

“Slow….down” I panted, but he only smiled and took off even faster. But I wasn’t going to give up, forgetting that he was a million times fitter then me, I tried to pace myself and tire him out. He pulled Usa-chan off the floor, and began to taunt me, making silly faces until Kaoru grabbed Usa-chan off him and threw him towards me. I caught it and did an impression of evil laughing.

“We go to the beach or else….” I trailed off as Honey appeared on my shoulder with

Usa-chan in his arms. I frowned in confusion, as he let go and landed on the floor with a small thud.

“We’re not going to the beach now,” he poked his tongue out at me, causing me to pout yet again.

“But, I’ve never been to the beach,” I whined trying to hide the smile that was slowly creeping its way onto my face.

“And I’m defiantly going this time,” I cried tickling him. He laughed out loud trying to push me away, I continued to tickle him, until eventually he fell to the floor. I straddled him,, continuing my attack

“We’re going to the beach” I squealed at him.

Suddenly there was a bang somewhere behind us, Honey jumped up immediately, whilst I stumbled to get on my feet.

“You should be training,” the boy from before demanded. “And you go back to class,” he growled sending me a look that could kill. Honey stepped in front of me, soon followed by Kaoru who had appeared from the shadows somewhere

“Don’t talk to her like that,” they chorused darkly. The boy shrugged, then gave me one last glare before leaving the room.

“Karin, I think we should leave now, I’ll walk you to you next class, if you like,” Kaoru offered walking towards the door. I nodded quickly then linked myself onto his arm, and looked up at him. He looked down somewhat shocked, but smiled smugly and began to walk towards class with me. I then remembered what he had said before about me being his toy and my previous promise to not flirt with him anymore, and decided that I still would, I just wouldn’t play with him anymore, and apparently he was doing the same for me.
