I stood in the doorway looking up at Mountain finally able to make out his eyes through his mask. By his breathing I can tell he wasn't over his little panic attack from earlier, if anything it was worse from arguing with Rain.

"Mount, can I come in?" I asked softly and he nodded and moved away from the door.

I grabbed his hand and pulled him towards his bed, sighing feeling Rain glaring daggers into me. If looks could kill, I'd have died ten times.

"What do you think you are doing (y/n)?" Rain spat, grabbing me away from mountain's bed and getting in my face.

"Trying to help Mountain because you seem to not be helping the issue." I said calmly looking into rains eyes.

"What makes you think you could just come waltzing back in here like you never left? You are the reason he's like this (y/n)! Don't you get that! You left because you didn't care and didn't love us enough to fucking stay! You burdened Aether and I with trying to hold everything together after you left!" Rain yelled as I pushed him back slightly.

"Get in my face again I dare you." I growled "And I left because I wasn't happy here! Would you have rather me leave the way I did or would you have rather me gotten so fucking depressed that I killed myself and had to have that memory etched into your mind for the rest of your life? I can tell you if it was the latter Mount would be in much worse condition."

"You are selfish and onl-" Rain has started and was cut off.

"Rain, stop." Mountain said to cut him off. Rain looked towards Mountain and then back at me.

"You are selfish and only think of yourself (y/n)! You left all of us and your father in shambles so you could run around with some greasy haired human." Rain started and walked towards me again "you aren't very smart though as you got yourself killed anyway." He finished and was in my face again.

I looked Rain in the eyes "I'm trying to right my wrongs with Mount and help him and you aren't helping him" I said looking over at the panicked Mountain.

"You did this to yourself (y/n) you will never be able to recover from what you did." Rain spat.

"Fuck off you prick." I said and slapped him across the face.

Rain stood there and unglamored himself. He growled and snapped his sharp teeth in my face and I pushed him away.

"You don't scare me Rain." I said with a laugh.

Rain jumped at me pinning me to the floor beneath him. I took a swing at him making contact somewhere on his mask and he just wrapped one of his hands around my throat. I grabbed his wrist in an attempt to get him off but it was no use. I sat there struggling under his grip unable to move. Mount was standing by the door and Aether dragged Rain out of the room, I had no clue how long Rain was choking me but it was enough for Mount to get Aether and neither of us noticed. Once Rain was gone, Mount shut and locked the door sitting on the floor next to me as I tried to sit up. Mountain put his hand on my shoulder, keeping me down.

"Don't sit up yet. Calm yourself." Mount said softly and was still breathing heavily.

"Come here." I said quietly, not sure if he was able to hear me.

When he had raised an eyebrow it confirmed my thoughts so I held my arms out to him and he laid next to me with his head on my chest.

Once I had finally caught my breath I looked down at him and sighed "Mount can we take this off? You will get more air." I asked fiddling with his mask.
