Jess: oh my god! No Daniel no! That did not happen!
Danny: yes it did Jessica!
I look at him laughing. He laughs too.
Danny: and you sent nudes to my brother...
Jess: i... didn't know you knew that!
He laughed.
Danny: we are a close family... plus I was with him at the time
Jess: god I was such a slut
We both laugh. I saw holly sat the other side of the plane looking out the window.
Jess: I need to talk to hols
Danny: ok
He smiles at me and I get up and scoot past him.
Danny: I'll get my brother on FaceTime for when you get back
He wink and laughed. I slapped him playfully
Jess: shut up!
I laugh and walk over to where holly was. I sat down and pulled her ear phones out.
Jess: think we need to talk
She looked at me. I knew she was sorry just from looking at her eyes. I knew she meant well.
Holly: jess im so sor-
Jess: stop.
She looked confused at me
Jess: I know you're sorry, but will probably do it again because you're my best friend and had my best intentions at heart. But thank you because I now have my other bestie back and im not stuck in a marriage I didn't really want
I smiled and she smiled back
Jess: so real gossip now- Daniel
Holly: what about him?
Jess: somethings different...
Holly: what do you mean?
Jess: ok well while we were talking I kissed him and he stopped me and told me to stop. And any time previously he hasn't been able to keep his hand off me but this time... nothing... it's strange, not danny...
Holly: mm I don't know
Jess: like we've been flirting a little- not really, it's been more a friendship flirt and just been getting on so well but nothing else...
Holly: do you want there to be something else?
Jess: i-i
Holly: you do!
Jess: no, it's just because I haven't seen him in so long... god im such a bitch
Holly: why?
Jess: because glens right-
Holly: glen?!
Jess: long story. But I leave him then expect him to come running and stuff... I just guess this time it's really over
Holly: im sure it's not, maybe he doesn't want to rush into anything so it doesn't end up that you rush out fast
Jess: maybe... but just seeing him ask me to marry him makes me think maybe we would work
Holly: was it just the marriage?
Jess: mainly...
