Narrator POV

Izuku's heart was pounding as he rushed home, his mind still reeling from the unexpected events on the train. He couldn't believe what had just happened - he had never been in a fight before, let alone use some kind of power or have powers in general. His thoughts were jumbled and chaotic, but he knew one thing for certain - he needed to get home as soon as possible.

Small Timeskip

Finally, he arrived at his house and knocked on the door, his heart still racing. When his mother Inko opened the door, he practically threw himself into her arms, hugging her tightly. He could feel her worry and concern as she hugged him back, and he knew he must look a mess - sweaty, disheveled, and clearly shaken up.

"Are you okay, Izuku?" Inko asked, concern etched into her face.

Izuku nodded quickly, not wanting to worry his mother any further

Izuku nodded quickly, not wanting to worry his mother any further. He was grateful for her concern, but he just wanted to go to his room and process what had happened. Then his stomach growled.

"I was so worried-" Inko said, her voice filled with anxiety and concern, but her words were abruptly cut off by Izuku

"Watch out!" Izuku exclaimed, his eyes locked on a tiny fly that darted through the air. With lightning-fast reflexes, he reached out to catch it mid-flight.

"It's a fly, Izuku" her voice filled with surprise and amusement, as she watched her son snatch a fly out of thin air

"It's a fly, Izuku" her voice filled with surprise and amusement, as she watched her son snatch a fly out of thin air. "Don't put it in your mouth!" Inko said as she smacked Izukus hand.

Izuku reluctantly let go of the fly. Licking his fingers absentmindedly, he turned to his mother, a sheepish expression on his face. "Sorry, Mom. I kept you up this late. I'm... I'm insensitive, I'm irresponsible, and I'm hungry," He bowed his head slightly and rushed over to the kitchen

Without another word, he rushed to the fridge. He opened the door and scanned through the food. His eyes locked onto a particular dish: leftover katsudon. He quickly retrieved the container and ate it right there and then. With his bare hands Izuku ate almost all of it. He closed his eyes, savoring the explosion of flavors in his mouth.
