Narrator POV

As Izuku briskly made his way to school, he couldn't help but feel a sense of nervousness. He knew that he was stronger, more confident now, and all around turned into a new person but he also knew that Katsuki would not take kindly to this. Izuku knew Katsuki for the majority of his life and one thing he picked up from being around him was that he does not like change.

Izuku finally arrived at school, seeing how full the front of the school was he sighed. He looked around to see if there's any opening where he could go but there was none. Izuku took a deep breath and started walking to the crowd of students.

Izuku adeptly navigated his way through the bustling crowd, squeezing himself through students to get to class and minimize any encounters with Katsuki. Alas, his diligent efforts were in vain, as the moment he set foot in the school courtyard, his gaze was met by the unmistakable sight of Katsuki, positioned there with a mean scowl written on his face. Katsuki started walking in Izuku's direction frightinging Izuku.

"What the hell are you looking at, Deku?" Katsuki snarled, his eyes narrowing and slightly pushing him.

Izuku tried to avoid eye contact, but he couldn't help but notice that he and Katsuki were almost eye level. Although, Katsuki was slightly taller than Izuku but not by a lot, which seemed to infuriate the blonde.

"What the hell happened to you?" Katsuki demanded, grabbing Izuku by the shoulder and pushing him harder.

But before Katsuki could do anything else, Uraraka suddenly appeared, separating the two of them.

"Hey, hey, what's happening here?" Uraraka queried, her voice carrying an air of authority mingled with compassion.

In response, Katsuki emitted a dismissive scoff, his retort delivered through clenched teeth, as he proceeded to turn his back on the situation he muttered "stupid Deku"

Uraraka turned to Izuku, concern etched on her face. "Midoriya, are you alright?"

Izuku nodded, feeling grateful for her intervention. "Y-Yeah, I'm f-fine. Th-thank you, Uraraka,"

But before he could leave, she asked him about something he had completely forgotten about: the photos he had promised to send her.

"O-Oh, r-right! I'm sorry, I completely forgot," Izuku stammered, feeling a bit embarrassed that he forgot the promise he made to Uraraka.

Uraraka's smile radiates warmth and understanding as she gently nodded, assuring Izuku that there was no need to fret. "Don't worry about it but, please send them as soon as possible" she reassured him, her voice laced with kindness. However, a spark of curiosity danced in her eyes as she continued, "And... um, by the way, why aren't you wearing your glasses?"

Izuku's cheeks flushed with a hint of self-consciousness, his unease evident in his response. "O-Oh, I-I uh got contacts," he replied, fidgeting with his shirt collar nervously due to him lying. Izuku doesn't truly know how his vision got better so he just said anything that came to mind.

Uraraka grinned and she flashed Izuku an encouraging thumbs-up. "Nice! It's a good look for you," she complimented, her words carrying a sincere tone. With a friendly wave, she turned to continue on her way.

Izuku stood there smiling at the compliment and one thought crossed on his mind  'Maybe today won't be that bad'

Small Timeskip

Izuku walked into the classroom, feeling a little confident as he looked for his seat. He had always been a shy and reserved boy, not very good at making friends, but he was determined to change that this year due to the new change in his appearance.
