I went inside the room, and went to get changed. I had this weird habit of checking whether all the mirrors were 2 way mirrors or not so I did the same with the one separate mirror. To my shock, it wasn't.
I removed the mirror and saw a door there. I was feeling excited yet a little terrified. I opened the door and saw stairs leading to a dungeon kind of a place. I opened the torch on my phone and started making my way down the stairs. It was very dark so I couldn't see clearly. At the bottom of the stairs, I could make out that the room hadn't been built very long ago, maybe an year or two at most. I went further into the room and saw something I would've never imagined.
I saw the dead body of a girl.
I stood there, feeling terrified by the scene in front of me.
I was getting a little curious so I decided to do a reverse image search on the college website and found out that there were a number of articles written on her. I found out that she had gone missing a few months ago. Her name was "Manvi Gupta". There had been people searching for her but the search party was called off in a month. I rushed out of the chamber and ran to the Dean's office. I went inside and immediately told her about the body. She told me that she didn't believe me and that she didn't have time for this nonsense. "What if I get you proof?" I asked her. She said she would take action if she got undeniable proof. I went back to my dorm and saw Eshna standing on the door looking worried. She asked me what had happened. I told her all about what had happened. Her expression turned horrified and she told me she wanted to see the body.
