(Oh... she is really pretty...)

Daisy just stared at her for a couple of seconds before looking away. The girl offered her hand to Daisy to help her up. Daisy took it and stood up as the girl pulled her up. As the girl helped Daisy up she pulled her a little too close for comfort. Their bodies press against each other.

"Oh sorry!" The girl stammered and took a step back but kept Daisy under the umbrella.

"It's ok." Daisy gave an awkward smile. Her cheeks were red with embarrassment. The girl was also quite flushed.

"So uh, what's your name?" Daisy asked.

"My name is Alice. What is yours?" The girl replied.

(It's her! It's her! She didn't die! She is ok! I don't think she remembers me though. To bad. She looks so different but her eyes still are the same, and so beautiful...)

"Oh! Uh- my name is Daisy." She replied.

"That's a wonderful name." Alice smiled warmly, that smile gave her butterflies.

(Act cool! Ok ok, just pretend you just met her. She does not remember you, and you don't need to bring back your embarrassing self.)

"So I've not seen you around here. Are you new to town?" Alice asked.

"Yes, I am. I just got here today." Daisy grinned. She is just happy her old friend is alive.

(That smile... it looks familiar.) Alice thought.

Alice had extreme head pain after she thought this. She brought her hand to her forehead and winced in pain.

"Oh no, are you ok?" Daisy asked in worry.

"I'm fine.. just get headaches sometimes..." Alice exclaimed. She pulled out a small orange pill bottle from her dress pocket. She unscrewed the child-proof lid, and a single small green pill lay on it. Alice popped the pill into her mouth and swallowed the small lime green medication.

"What is that?" Daisy pointed to the bottle.
"My medicine. It helps with the headaches."
"Do you know why you get the headaches?"
"Not sure fully. Sometimes when I think about when I was younger it hurts my head badly."

Daisy just felt awful for the girl. "Ok then just don't think about that."

"Oh wow, I never thought of that!" Alice said dripping with sarcasm.

"Sorry." Daisy let out an awkward chuckle "What's that?" She ran over and kneeled next to a beautiful yellow-looking flower.

"A dandelion?" She replied with full confusion.

"WOW!" Daisy plucked it and looked at the water falling down the small petals.

(Has she never seen a dandelion before?) Alice thought as she looked at Daisy. The mesmerized look in Daisy's eyes made Alice smile.

"Is it edible?" Daisy asked not taking her eyes off of the weed.
"Yeah, but it will not taste good."

Daisy took a second shoved the dandelion in whole in her mouth then swallowed it.

"What the f-" Alice just gave a confused shocked look.

"Yummy." She chuckled and looked at the tall blond girl. "Huh? You said it was edible."

"Just because something is edible doesn't mean it's good." Alice shook her head and sighed.

(I'm having weird déjà vu...) Alice's head starts pounding again as she gets some memories of her childhood.

"I'm sorry but I have to go my head killing me..." she groaned.

"Awe ok." Daisy wished she could stay with Alice longer. She had missed her deeply. "Are you free tomorrow?" She asked just hoping to see her again.

"Yeah, I am. Why? Want to hang out?" Alice said trying not to show how much her migraine getting to her.

"Yeah! I am staying at uhhhh- this girl named Luz's house." She smiled.

"OK, see you sometime tomorrow then if my head feels better."

Alice waved as she walked off to her home.

Daisy sighed and lay back down on the wet soggy muddy ground.

(I can't wait...)

A smile grows on Daisy's face with happiness.

(Why did that girl look so familiar... did we used to know each other? I don't remember. Her smile though, was so familiar... and her eating the dandelion. I think I knew her in some way..)

Alice thought to herself as she made her way home. Alice got to her house and she closed her umbrella. She gave it a shake to get some of the water off. She opened the door and took a step in.

"Hey, Alice." Her brother said as he sat on the couch.

"Hey, Kyle." She hung her umbrella on the coat rack. "I met this strange girl when I was at the park."

"Is that so? Was she weird or something?" He asked.

"A little. She ate a dandelion. She also didn't know what a dandelion looked like." She replied.

"Weird. So are you gonna ask her out?" He said with a smirk.

Alice's face turned red."What?! No! I don't even know her! Stop telling me to ask out every girl I meet! Just because I'm lesbian doesn't I want to sleep with every girl I see."

"I know I was just joking, but your reaction made me think differently." The smirk stayed on his face and Alice went more red with embarrassment.

"I'm going to bed you jerk." She took off her shoes and started to walk towards her room. She stopped and turned around. "Oh tell Dad I need more of my medication, I am out."

"Okay."

Alice made her way to her room and lay down looking at the white rough bumpy ceiling. Her eyes shut slowly.

(Why did I react like that? I never reacted that way before when Kyle said that just about any girl... what makes this different? She isn't that special. Sure her eyes are pretty and she is short, but that doesn't mean anything! Wait did I say her eyes are pretty? Oh my god, what am I thinking? I just met her, but why did she look so familiar? Just thinking about her makes my head hurt. Stop thinking of her! But she's all I can think about right now...)

Alice thought all this as she lay on her bed.

Alice started to get some flashbacks of when she was younger. It was of Daisy and her in the tree. Daisy was eating that crayon and she was telling her not to. Alice's head started to pound after she regained these memories.

(What the hell is going on? Did that happen? If it did that means I did know her. Where even was that? I can't remember anything.)

Alice rolled over and tried to get comfortable as she got even more confused. Her head continues to ache.

Daisy got back to Luz's home and snuck back through the window.

Huna was there waiting on the bed for Daisy to return. "There you are! You took forever. I was starting to get worried."

"Huna! Huna! Guess what! I went to the park and I saw my old friend that went to the demon realm! She is super cool! You should meet her! Well, she didn't remember me but that's ok." Daisy exclaimed excitedly.

Huna's eyes widened and she raised an eyebrow. "You had a human friend?"

Daisy nods happily. "Yeah! Her name is Alice and she is nice!"

"You seem to like her huh?" Huna smirked.

"Yeah! I am just really happy she is alive. The last time I saw her she went through a portal and I thought she had died."

"Interesting." Huna had a smug look on her face.

Daisy sat on her bed. "I can't wait to see her again..."
