Evening came, Willa cooked their dinner, Marcy helped Willa, Rachel fixed the table, while the others were playing games, while Marcy was cooking she was listening to her ipod, her songs that would make her lively again, she was singing with it, Camille came and made coffee,
"Marcy, we can't through a level! Help us!" she said, Willa and Rachel were giggling,
"She can't here you!" Rachel said, Camille sighed and quickly went back to the game they were playing,
"Seriously...Camille hasn't changed one bit!" Fiona said, "If she really only know what's happening now..."
"She's dense but smart!" Rachel said, Willa gave her the platter,
"This looks delicious! I can't wait to try it!" Rachel said,
"Keith taught me that, he's actually a great cook!"
"Oh...Is that so?! I can't wait to see what Marcy is going to make!"
Rachel placed the platter on the table then she quickly looked at what Marcy was doing, Marcy put down her ipod and then served the food,
"Marcy, what's this?" Rachel asked, Willa and Fiona came over and looked at it,
"Crunchy honey chicken, my mom taught me that"
They all went to the dining table and sat down,
"You're all starting without me?!" Jared said,
"Come on here! We were just about to eat" Camille said, Jared placed down his present then rushed to the sink and washed his hands, then joined them eat, he was sitting beside Marcy, the atmosphere was a little bit awkward than expected, they weren't talking much like the way they used to, Keith sighed,
"Red, could you please help me with this game level? I'm stuck, we couldn't pass towards it..." he said,
"I'd love to, let's say...after we eat?" Jared said,
An hour later, they finished eating, Peony, Morgan, Camille and Jeff took care of the dishes, while the others were figuring out how would they go out the that game level, Marcy was getting bored, she kept on finding the right time to talk to Jared, she thought that she couldn't wait no more,
"Red, did Laura receive my gift?" Marcy asked,
"She did, I'm going to show you something" Jared said, he brought out his phone and showed Marcy a picture of them and one picture with a caption saying thanks to Marcy,
"It's good that you've meet her, she's the most luckiest girl" Marcy said, from here on, she spaced out, while still holding Jared's phone, having Laura and Jared's picture together smiling,
Shortly after, the door bell rang, Marcy quickly responded and opened the door,
"Gladys! Richard! Welcome back!" Marcy said, she helped them with their stuff, then Jared came and held some stuff,
"Sorry, guys, you know how parents are..." Gladys said, she sat down and inhaled,
"We told our parents that we're engaged" Gladys said,
"An~d?" Camille said,
"Thank God, no one opposed, father doesn't want Richard for me, but just today, proving Richard to father that he can be the one for me...finally, they got in good terms!" Gladys said,
"Gladys, where do you want your wedding to be held?" Willa asked,
"I want a beach wedding...resort? Or maybe in Vegas..." Gladys said,
"Resort...Hawaii?" Rachel said, the ladies screamed,
"Then it's settled!" Gladys said, she stood up and stretched,
"What's for dinner?" she asked,
Hours passed, they were still playing games, Gladys and Richard were in their rooms already sleeping, the others as well, except for Fiona, Keith, Marcy and Jared,
"I can't really wait for Glady's wedding!" Fiona said,
"You said it!" Marcy said,
"Marcy, are you still getting in touch with Tom?" Keith asked,
"Yeah, I just met him days ago, when I visited mom, it's like Tom's been taking care of mom" Marcy replied,
"Is he doing something...suspicious?"
"There is...when back in Paris, and at my parent's house, before I left, he asked me for a date...but I refused him, it's weird, what's gone into him..."
"I think, he really has a thing for you...he's just couldn't express it, you know him"
"Yeah, back then he's super super shy, he always panics when his glasses are missing...but now, he's really changed, he's so handsome! I wonder..."
"He did that all for you"
"What?"
"We've been getting in touch, ever since, he really likes you Marcy, he's getting a hunch that you're avoiding him, why don't you meet him?"
"I don't know..." Marcy said, she slowly placed down her console,
"Me and Fiona're gonna be meeting with him, wanna tag along?"
"What's tomorrow?"
"His birthday"
"Oh yeah...Red, wanna tag along? Since we've been friends for a long time"
"Why not" Jared said,
"Dude, bring your girlfriend!" Keith said,
"If she wants" Jared said,
After a while, they finished the game and then went to sleep, they didn't go to their rooms, they slept in the living room,
